No tuvimos una buena experiencia.
Pros:

La ubicación, las amenidades, las albercas para niños y el acceso a la playa estuvieron muy bien.

Cons:

Lo malo es que la habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones, la cama tenía dos almohadas en muy mal estado, el colchón está muy viejo y apenas le ponen el cubre colchón y una sábana encima, la colcha estaba muy vieja. El baño está en muy mal estado, todo se ve viejo y con sarro. Esperaba algo en mejor estado por el precio que se pagó.

Väldigt stor lägenhet, nära havet och shopping center. Uppskattar att vi fick snabb hjälp via what’s app från företaget då vi missat att fylla i massa personlig information minst 3 dagar innan ankomst.
Annars hade vi inte fått tillgång till kodlåset till lägenheten.

Cons:

Lite svårt att hitta då det inte har rätt namn. Krångligt att få tillgång till kodlås. Massa känslig personlig information behövde lämnas i förväg. Samt att de tog extra betalt innan överlämning samt tog en stor deposit. Vore önskvärt att lösa allt och betala allt via bookings.com vilket är det man vill när man reser. Onödigt dyr städavgift.

Cons:

El sistema de contacto que tienen con los huéspedes. Es una catarata de mensajes, correos continuos, previo a la estadia y durante, que agobian. Al no tener personal presencial se manejan todo virtual. Uno busca descansar y tener la mente en blanco y al menos a mi me pareció muy excesivo.

Comfortable accommodations in a great location
Pros:

The size of the room is quite large. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase. Jorge was very accommodating. When the room was too warm; he was able to help me cool it off.

Cons:

There was only one towel for the shower and with my long hair I was not able to towel dry it. There was one beach towel and it did not dry overnight.
Neighbors were very noisy.

Great location
Pros:

The room is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great and you have no issues going around the resort. If you want you can pay for a day pass to have access to all the facilities. The instructions were clear but it takes quite some time to read all however the hosts were very responsive except after the check out.

Cons:

Some of the forniture was a bit old and dirty, specially the couch next to the bed. The cleaning of the unit was not the bes

Chambre grande et confortable

Cons:

Pas de balcon et impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtre . On a également eu un problème avec la.serrure qui nous a coincé un peu une soirée, mais qui a été traité rapidement . Par contre le réparateur est parti en laissant la porte ouverte et on aurait pu nous voler toutes nos affaires. Le propriétaire s’est excusé et nous a proposé d’utiliser les consommables de la chambre à hauteur de 10$, ce que j’ai considéré comme plutôt minable comme compensation

VERSÃO RESUMIDA E INCISIVA

Reservei 4 noites com pagamento antecipado e, só após a confirmação, o anfitrião exigiu um formulário com cobranças não informadas: depósito de USD 200 e taxa de USD 10 por dia por pessoa. Isso é falta grave de transparência.

O local é vendido como “resort”, mas não oferece nada disso. O hotel ao lado não reconhece os hóspedes dessas unidades, e somos abordados o tempo todo para comprar day pass de 1.700 pesos. A experiência é confusa, desagradável e totalmente diferente do anunciado.

O apartamento está em péssimo estado, com manutenção precária. Cobram até por toalha de piscina e os itens da geladeira têm preços abusivos.

A estadia não corresponde ao anúncio e considero que o anúncio induz o consumidor ao erro. Não recomendo e solicito revisão urgente deste anúncio.

Pros:

Location was great - right across from the mall in the center of the strip

Cons:

We only got 1 towel for the entire week, and had to pay extra to replace them with clean towels... It's hard to keep beach towels clean.

Pros:

The room is large and clean, and the bathroom is also clean, modern, and has a large shower. There is a small fridge and an electric tea pot provided. It was quiet in the condo, good for sleeping. The compound includes two swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs and is also on the beach which is beautiful. There is a water play area for small children. We found all of this excellent. Communication with management of condo was likewise excellent.

Cons:

The condo is at an all-inclusive resort, so as we were not part of that package, we had no food or drink at the resort. Not being able to access any of the restaurants without buying into the package made things a bit awkward, but can be worked around. There are some snacks and drinks in condo one can purchase, but the price is 8-10 times what one would pay at the store. There is a mall directly across street with numerous restaurants and a grocery store app. a kilometer away, all of which is detailed in info. given by condo.
