Amazing homestay in Tam Coc with a lovely family. The woman who ran the guesthouse was amazing. She was such a lovely character and so attentive during our stay. She gave us cold bottles of water, fresh towels, pool towels, and when we were leaving she even gave us free platters of fruit and fruit smoothies! So so kind! She always giggled whenever she was helping and made a delicious breakfast every morning which I could tell was freshly prepared and the fruit was even cut into sweet shapes. Hiring a moped was easy as anything (basically just get given the keys and off you go) and the pool was super clean and relaxing with atmospheric lights in the evening.

Our room was very comfy and the air con worked well. When it was really hot one day they even put a sheet over our windows to cool the room down. It is also in a perfect location just off the main street but not too busy.

We had a night bus booked and so asked for an extra night at the hotel (even though we were leaving at 10pm) and when we checked out, she had only charged us for half the night rate even though she wouldn’t get anyone to stay in the room until the following day. Such kindness and generosity really sums up the whole experience!

Loved Tam Coc and Ninh Binh and that was in a big part due to our stay here!

Accueil absolument incroyable et adorable ! Le lieu est très beau et propre. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et literie confortable. La piscine est très belle et les petits dejeuners vraiment délicieux et copieux. Rapport qualité prix imbatable. Beaucoup de petites attentions très touchantes, je me suis sentie comme chez moi, merci encore pour tout :)

Ontbijt was heerlijk, kregen zelfs ontbijt op de kamer toen het te hard regende. Eigenaresse is zo vrolijk en vriendelijk, en doet echt alles voor je. Handoeken voor t zwembad kon je krijgen. Ongevraagd kreeg je water, sapjes of fruit. Heerlijk zwembad, alles in de buurt, restaurantjes om de hoek. Fietsen, scooters, taxi, dagtripjes alles kon er geregeld worden.

Une très belle surprise, dans un emplacement vraiment pratique, et surtout avec un accueil exceptionnel.

J’ai réservé cet établissement un peu au dernier moment, alors que j’étais encore à la gare routière de Ninh Bình. Finalement, le logement était à seulement une dizaine de minutes à pied, même avec mes sacs à dos. Il est surtout très bien situé, proche de tout, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour profiter du secteur.

En arrivant, j’ai eu un petit moment de doute car le voisin juste en face faisait des travaux et il y avait donc un peu de bruit. Bien entendu, l’établissement n’y était absolument pour rien. Et surtout, les travaux se sont terminés le jour même, donc il n’y a ensuite eu aucun problème de bruit pendant mon séjour.

La propriétaire m’a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et ma chambre était très bien : propre, confortable, avec une grande salle de bain, la climatisation et un ventilateur. Il y a également une piscine juste devant.

Le petit déjeuner était compris et, chaque soir, elle me demandait ce que je souhaitais manger le lendemain matin. Elle propose également la location de scooters, et j’en ai loué un pendant mon séjour sans aucun problème.

Je lui avais également demandé si elle pouvait laver mon linge. Elle l’a fait, mais au moment de régler, elle a finalement refusé de me le faire payer. Je précise bien que je ne dis pas cela pour laisser penser que le lavage du linge est gratuit pour tout le monde ! Je pense simplement que le courant est bien passé entre nous et qu’elle a voulu me faire cette petite surprise, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Et ce n’est pas la seule attention : un soir, elle est venue frapper à ma porte pour m’offrir un smoothie à la mangue.

Elle s’est également occupée de réserver entièrement mon trajet en bus vers Cat Ba, avec la prise en charge et le transport jusqu’à mon nouvel hôtel. Je n’ai eu à m’occuper de rien.

Absolutamente todo! La propietaria es una belleza de persona, estuvo atenta en todo momento y conforme llegamos ella misma nos dijo como debiamos hacer el tour por la ciudad. Tiene bicis y motos. La piscina esta fantastica y el desayuno increible. 100% recomendable

La proximité avec le centre ville, le personnel qui a très vite réagit à nos demandes. A recommander.
