Unhygienic with stains, smells and mold combined with combative property owners- do not recommend.
Pros:

I loved the location, it was a great neighborhood.

Cons:

The facilities were worn out which I was ok with. I was slightly uncomfortable with the many brown stains in the ceiling and upper walls. But the part that was too much was the additional black mold on the bathroom sink, the fact that the hot water didn’t work in the shower, and the fact that one side of the pillow smelled like stinky sweat. It was unhygienic and made me uncomfortable. When I informed the property owner of the issues, they were combative and accusatory.
