Pros:

The place is right on the beach and is easily accessible. The food quality is very good a little expensive though.. all the staff were very polite and good service. The beach was neatly maintained.

Cons:

I don't have any such feedback as its value for money.

Great value for money, very nice location, staff was super friendly, overall a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

It wasn't a cottage but the room was big, with a nice balcony, and close to the sea.

Cons:

The cleaning wasn't to European standards.

Location was really Nice

Cons:

Cottage is not maintained properly the cost they are charging is really high based on facility they have. Breakfast has very fixed menu , aloo paratha, one bread , one omlette and 1 tea or coffee and only restrictions with 1hr access.

I will not recommend it for a family, may be okay for couples.
Pros:

The location was good. It was quiet, hence the location was for those who are looking for a quiet and calm place in Goa.

Cons:

I was surprised to hear that there will be no staff after 6 PM. You need to arrange everything you want at night before staff leaves.😀😀
Even you will not get water for drinking.
There is only a guard at the gate no one else from the resort side.
Rooms are average not that good.
Dogs are barking outside and no one to take care of those if they are disturbing guests.
