Location parfaite !...
This facility did not provide breakfast but a little snack was left in the room, very kindly. The location was good for my purpose and the neighborhood proved an improvement on neighborhoods closer to downtown. The price was fair.
I found the room charming, but the toilet was a shared one down the hall, reasonably convenient though. I have no real complaints and hope to stay there again. Though there is no on-site staff, provisions made for guests seemed to work nicely and properly.

Very comfortable and clean….
Little disturbances in area..but not extreme..
Room was spacious, comfortable firm mattress and plenty of light. The common areas were tidy and nicely decorated. Plenty of street parking on quiet neighborhood.
I could have used an extra blanket for cold nights, and the pillows were incredibly soft. Nightstand lamp would have been appreciated for night reading/low light.
The bedroom was clean and warm. I was able to book the day of and the host was very responsive and attentive. They had helped me get into the property in a timely manner when the lockbox was not working.
The TV wasn’t working properly.

Spotless and affordable. Fridge access. Super quiet. Accessible free parking. Easy walk to the convenience store.
I rented room 2 for a couple of days in November. I think because of the windows, it didn't stay warm in the afternoons and evenings. It would alternate between 60-65 degrees. There was only one blanket, so I had to wear warm clothes throughout the day and to bed. It ended up not being a big deal to me, but I'm mentioning it here just as a heads up to future travelers.
