Basic room in lovely location
Pros:

The location is lovely, right in the heart of Durbuy. The staff kindly made a restaurant booking for me.

Cons:

The room was very basic and lacking charm. The shower was ready to be completely renovated, the seal and grout were very mouldy. The car parking space was a bit confusing as I really had to read the small print that it needed pre booking. It wasn't automatically offered. I then pre-ordered it but it wasn't well explained that it wasn't at the hotel and I needed to find it on the map. It also wasn't explained that we needed to pay extra for the parking.

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Durbuy.
Pros:

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen met uitleg over de werking van de airco in de kamers.
De bedden waren heerlijk. Het ontbijt was zeer volledig.
Een groot voordeel zijn de parkings die je kan reserveren op ongeveer 100 m van het hotel.

Hôtel très bien, restaurant au top !
Pros:

Mon avis est en deux parties, une pour la chambre de l’hôtel et l’autre pour le restaurant :
Hôtel
Notre chambre était spacieuse, avec un petit balcon, un côté salon et le lit était confortable. Nous avons trouvé agréable qu’il y ait un stationnement pour les clients de l’hôtel.
Restaurant
Terrasse et salle à manger superbes, aménagées avec goût tout en respectant l’époque de la bâtisse. Nous avons pris la table d’hôte 3 services et nous avons été ravis par la qualité des plats que nous avons mangés, belle présentation, service attentionné. Excellent rapport qualité/prix! Allez-y, vous serez certainement très satisfaits. Une soirée magnifique ! Très bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits de qualité.

Cons:

Hôtel
Le principal inconvénient a été le bruit du climatiseur de la chambre. La décoration de la chambre manque de cachet et la salle de bain fait années 70.

Restaurant
Nous avions une table sur la terrasse et afin de garder au frais notre bouteille de vin, elle a été placée dans le restaurant. Nous avons bu un verre avec l'entrée, le serveur est venu nous servir un autre verre mais avons dû insister pour qu'il revienne seulement au moment du plat principal. Il nous servait trop souvent et nous ne voulions pas que la bouteille soit vide au moment du service du plat principal. Ce n'est pas très grave. Nous préférons avoir un seau et nous servir nous-mêmes, quand nous le voulons.

Leuk sfeervol hotel in centrum Durbuy op lopafstand van vele restaurants. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Centrale locatie. Goed ontbijt!

Pros:

Lokalizacja super, obiekt posiada również wlasny parking. Miła obsługa. Skromne , ale bardzo smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Mielismy akurat maly pokój na poddaszu kiedy przyjechaliśmy bylo w nim bardzo ciepło. No i przy otwartym oknie słychać w nocy Hałas , ale o tym jest akurat informacja w opisie rezerwacji.

Beautiful hotel in an incredible location
Pros:

The location is stunning, the room we were allocated was incredible with a large balcony with great views. Facilities at the hotel were great, but the restaurant seemed very premium and perhaps not our thing, however there were plenty of local bars and restaurants close by which were more to our taste. Underground secure parking was very welcome when travelling by motorbike.

Cons:

Not the warmest of welcomes, but nothing that spoiled our visit.
