The room is spacious and has a nice view of the ocean and close to Boca and Mismaloya

The room is spacious and has a nice view of the ocean. The balcony is good size. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant next door is good. The bus stop is right in front to go to the center.
The noise from the road at night and the sound of ocean waves hitting the rocks can be loud. There is not much nearby.
We love the view, the location (close to Boca and Mismaloya) and most of all the friendly kind and helpful hotel staff whose name is Lucy. Lucy not only responded to all our requests but also showed she cared in many ways.
The view and opportunity to see sea life was the only saving grace
I was questioned rigorously when I requested a fresh towel as if I asked for a treasure chest full of gold.

The sneaky breakfast is good tag means, good when you pay 30 USD per person in the adjoining restaurant.
There was a coffee maker. A simple yet gracious thing would have been to provide at least 5 packets of coffee. Most hotels that charge 100+/ night do so.
Just a bar of soap in the shower. Got a goop covered used bottle when requested.
I'm fairly certain there were bed bugs in one of the beds.
Definitely not going here again.
Was für eine Aussicht! Das Zimmer sehr sehr schön. Die Natur entscheidet selbst was sie einem zeigen möchte. Wir hatten das große Glück und haben nebst Fischen, Vögeln und Schmetterlingen, auch Wale gesehen.

The hotel had a million dollar view with a constant parde of boats, ships and wales right out front. The restaurant was superb with many loyal followers driving from Puerto Vallarta for a meal. The general area is known for reasonably priced upper end restaurants which we tried most. The sunsets are the most striking. Very close to
No dislikes, the property was a value and is in process of being updated.
Lucy was very helpful. The no kids policy was great.
I could not walk along beach and there was no pool
Everything but the traffic on Hwy.200. Watched whales from patio and balcony. Lucy was great! Food at restaurant next door was delicious!
Road noise
It was located above the ocean front during the humpback migration. Absolutely breath taking and wonderful view. I was upgraded for a room with a kitchen and I was very comfortable!
Nothing
It was right over the ocean! It was spacious and clean! We saw whales from the beautiful patio! It had an amazing restaurant next door! The staff was really great! We will be coming back with family again for sure!
It was on highway and traffic noise
Fabulous location right along the coast. It was whale migration season and we saw many whales passing by. Accommodation was basic but comfortable. Restaurant attached to hotel is fabulous. Very kind and friendly staff.
Note that if you're a walker, it is not possible to walk anywhere because of the rocky coast and narrow road. Buses though are way to catch to great locations.
