Poca attenzione al cliente
Pros:

Vicinanza alla spiaggia, piscina con acqua pulita

Cons:

La camera era molto umida, tant’è che tutti i miei vestiti quando me ne sono andata erano umidi e puzzavano i giorni seguenti. Dovevo dormire con il ventilatore e l’aria condizionata accesi, altrimenti percepivo tutta l’umidità e il condizionatore è puntato dritto sul letto quindi non ho dormito bene. In bagno il contenitore della carta igienica era rotto e i flaconi di sapone erano vecchi e non funzionavano. Pavimento scivoloso, nessun tappeto antiscivolo, in bagno il wc, la doccia e il lavabo sono tutti attaccati e quindi se fai la doccia si innaffia tutto. Al check out sono stata obbligata dal proprietario a pagare le bevande del minibar in contanti nonostante avessi detto che ne avevo tenuti da parte pochi per il taxi per l’aeroporto. Questo mi ha fatto sentire a disagio poiché il proprietario ha detto al tassista di portarmi all’atm per prelevare e poterlo pagare, facendomi arrivare più tardi in aeroporto.

Superbe vue sur la mer, plage, accessible à quelques mètres depuis l’hôtel endroit, calme et très plaisant à proximité, des commerces et des restaurants

Cons:

Attention pas de petit déjeuner inclus, on s’est débrouillé avec la bouilloire de la chambre et en allant faire des courses chez King Kong

WOW! was the first word when we entered our Deluxe Double with balcony & sea view. So much worth paying extra for this room. Basically right on the beach. Easy access to beach. Sun loungers and a great beach massage. Room was spacious and clean. Nice clean swimming pool. Easy walk to mini mart and eateries. Sunset Beach Bar only steps away. Great place to relax. Made an amazing end to our 6 weeks in Vietnam. Our taxi pickup to the airport was 14:30. They let us stay in the room past checkout time for which we were very grateful. More beach time and a shower before getting on the plane!

Cons:

Noisy mini bar fridge - we had to unplug it at night.

La posizione ottima in centro, ristoranti vicini, possibilità di fare la lavatrice in poche ore nel hotel. Vista piscina e pulizia della camera! Tutto perfetto

Nice quiet resort hotel
Pros:

Really good location. Very much old-school-cool. Grab taxis literally waiting outside all day made getting anywhere really easy. Clean big room, good A/C, friendly staff.

Cons:

Don't know whether this was just because it was off season but the bar terrace was very run down/not open. Although the rooms/pool were very well maintained, some bits of the property seem to have seen better days.

Nice small hotel in Phu Quoc
Pros:

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, therefore quiet
Direct beach access
Very large room
Good shower
Iron and ironing board were available to borrow free of charge
A few meters along the beach, you'll find a trendy restaurant with a DJ starting at 5:00 PM

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved...
It is a hotel with rooms,there are no bungalows
The balconies of the unoccupied rooms looked very dirty.
I saw a rat near the beach loungers in the morning...
A small cocktail bar would be a plus
No breakfast available...

Pros:

We were greeted warmly by the property manager, Haa who also helped us with our bag's zip which suddenly malfunctioned. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Washroom was clean as well but there was nothing to separate shower area from the WC area. Hence, a simple shower would also make the whole washroom including WC and Basin super wet. That was the only drawback we found.

Location wise it is at the best one. Since its in Central Phu Quoc, it was convenient to commute to both North and South. Excellent for people who eat only vegetarian food. Plenty of options at just 5 minutes walk. Property is right at the beach, so great for beach lovers as well. We could not make the most of the beach as we were busy travelling and sight seeing.

Cons:

Washroom was clean as well but there was nothing to separate shower area from the WC area. Hence, a simple shower would also make the whole washroom including WC and Basin super wet. That was the only drawback we found. A simple shower curtain or and elevated shower area would have helped.
