Highly recommend, would definitely book again.
Pros:

Location is what I enjoyed most about this place. Right across from sugbo mercado. The room has the essentials like utensils, microwave, plates, refrigerator. Air con works great.

Cons:

WiFi was slow. Tiny little cockroaches running around, not a deal breaker. Hard for two people to maneuver around due to the second bed. Should consider a pullout couch or Murphy bed for space.

Best location and view ever!
Pros:

It is the best accommodation ever. We were staying in different condo in Cebu City and moved here. The location was very convenient and safest neighborhood in Cebu. The Sugubo Mercado bus terminal, and Ayala mall could be seen from the room window. We can enjoy the exciting city atmosphere from the room. Literally everything was at walking distance.The room was clean and kitchen has enough utilities for self-cooking, which was very appreciated as a family with small kids.

Cons:

The room was a little bit small as there are 2 beds in the room, but it was totally fine with us. From the shower came only a very hot water, so we mixed with cold water in the bucket there and scooped with the dipper there.Maybe there are better way to use this shower but we didn’t know how to use it.

Overall very happy with our stay
Pros:

The location is very central - just walking distance to all shops and establishments. The host is very responsive. We got everything we need throughout our stay. We will definitely book again next time!

Cons:

The toilet shower is leaking a bit and the drain has unpleasant smell.

Great location, great equipment, comfortable. Awesome stay, overall!!
Pros:

The location is convenient! Surrounded by cafe’s, restaurants, a mall, with the terminal right across. Transpo was easy. Loved that it had a lot of home appliances. It made our stay very comfortable. The place was clean.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was great! This is a weird complaint but the water pressure was quite strong. Using the bidet and faucet was inconvenient bc water went everywhere. Not that big of a deal, really.

Pros:

Apart from this place was affordable and accessible to almost everything in IT park, the owner was very accommodating and replies quickly! I definitely recommend this place. It was clean, group traveler friendly, wifi was great and stable, plus the overlooking view was just refreshing!

Cons:

Maybe if they have a darker blinds for when guests want to sleep during the day and also if they have electric stove, that would be awesome

Pros:

Cleanliness and the location was very close to bars and restaurants, checking in and checking out were easy.

Cons:

Just minor. There were 4 of us and there were only 3 blankets ready,, so one had to use the bed cover.
