Pros:

The view was great, The receptionist was very attentive and kind, and we could stay at the pool after our check out.

Cons:

Whenever we asked for ice to have with our coffee at breakfast, they said they could only give it to us in a small cup, as if it were a great effort. Another complaint was that I woke up and went down to buy a soft drink at the hotel restaurant, which was already open at 7:30 in the morning, and they refused to sell it to me. I had to go to a shop next door to buy one. I didn't understand why.

Dobar hotel, prljav grad.
Pros:

Nakon obilaska svih delova ostrva, dosli smo na tri dana kako bismo videli Palmu i Arenal.
Ovaj hotel je solidan, opravdava tri zvezdice koje ima. Sve sto vam je potrebno za more, ovde imate. Lepa je hrana, najbolja lokacija (odmah ste do plaze) i u sobama imate sve osnovno sto vam treba (krevet, kupatilo, čisti peškiri, klima).
Cena je u skladu sa onim što dobijate.

Cons:

U vezi hotela je sve ok, ali ovo mesto je najprljavije koje sam ikada u životu posetio.
Bili smo 10 dana na severu i istoku i neprijatno smo iznenađeni koliko je ovde prljavo.
Međutim, vidim da to omladini ne smeta, štaviše doprinose uspešno haosu u gradu.

Absolute Empfehlung! Sehr gut Lage, freundliche Menschen!

Sehr gute Lage! Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt, Partymeile direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr nettes Personal, immer freundlich und höflich!

Kurzfristige umbuchen (+1 Person) problemlos möglich.

Einfach, gut!
Pros:

Ein einfaches, aber schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, ausreichend groß und gute Matratzen. Das Frühstück und auch das Essen im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Nähe zum Strand und, dass es etwas abseits der Partymeile liegt. Dank der 24h-Rezeption musste man den Schlüssel nie mitnehmen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pluspunkt war der unerwartete kleine Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat geklappert und insgesamt ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
