Worth every step down to the villas for the exceptional views!
Pros:

The location is phenomenal, perched on the cliffside overlooking Bingin Beach and up and down the cliffy coastline. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The check in process was smooth and easy and the communication before arrival was great. It was pretty easy to access the beach.

Cons:

Not a dislike for us, but just something to note - it definitely isn't for those with mobility restrictions, as there is a steep set of uneven stairs to the villas, but its worth every step for those who can make it. They offer to transfer your luggage to/from the villa for 100K rupiah per bag, making it a little more accessible.

Beautiful sea view and spacious, modern room
Pros:

The room was spacious and the view was breathtaking. The sound of the waves crashing below was amazing. Everything was clean and the check in process was good. Appreciate the owner process my request to leave early.

Cons:

Do not underestimate the trip from the car park to the property. This involves about a 10 minute walk down a lot of steps, parts of which are very steep. You need to be physically fit, particularly when doing this in the heat or at night where there was not much light. I also did not feel safe as a woman staying on my own. Unfortunately there was also a large construction project next door with a lot of banging. I left the property due to a combination of reasons but would consider going back to if I had someone travelling with me. Unfortunately I had to pay for my bags to be brought down and then up from the property.

There is no breakfast included, but enough options up in the village or at the beach warungs to the left of the property

The massive steps down to our accommodation which was right down the bottom. While it is beautiful accommodation and the surf view, the lower steps are deep and you need to be able and fit

Pros:

THe view is out of this world. The room is beautifully done. The bed is very comfortable. It's very spacious.

Cons:

Getting to the hotel is difficult and you need to get someone to meet you in a car park, to then come down with you. You arrange all of this on Whatsapp. There is a mandatory charge if you want someone to bring your bags (really they should just add this to the cost of the room), which you need really if you are with any dort of luggage - the stairs down to Bingin are quite extreme! The hotel is close to some cafes and restaurants, but still requires walking up and then down. If you want to go into Ulawatu, it's a walk all the way up - you need to be fit.

Would benefit from a nespresso/coffee machine/more tea options in the villa so that this could be enjoyed on the amazing balcony in the morning since the villa is difficult to get to/from

Loved this room & stay and will visit again.
Pros:

Amazing large corner room with balcony overlooking the ocean - literally a few steps to the beach and one of the best pamoramic views possible.

Cons:

Great blackout curtains on all the main windows but one small window at the back or the room is uncovered so light gets in early.
