It was awsome! More and beyond my expectation
The location was wonderful, with fantastic views and access to the terrace in front of the Beach House. Although not connected, great food is available at the Inn on Loch Lomond, just a short walk away.
The check-in process which is at the sister hotel Lodge on Loch Lomond, 3.5 south of Beach House.
The cleanliness of the room. The bath tub in the centre of the room with the best view. Large comfy bed.

It’s a beautiful location with a lovely view of the loch. It’s peaceful and private.
Shower was tiny.
Lovely location, overlooking the loch.
No shelving in the bathroom. No storage space in the main room. Available space had been taken by electrical gadgets placed there before we arrived, so there was no space to store clothes. Not enough parking places, at The Beach House. Very early morning disturbances by other guests. No access to terrestrial television.

Great location and lovely room, we had the upstairs room with the bath by the window, bed was very very comfy and very big, we enjoyed our stay..
With such a nice bath to lounge in to take in the view I would have expected some bubble bath to be provided, we also had to ring the main hotel to get shower gel as the one in the bathroom was empty and the coffee machine had not been cleaned x
