Great location and good room quality. The hotel needs to work on making their guests feel welcome
Pros:

The room was very confortable and the location near to the lake was superb

Cons:

The building entrance to the property was very unwelcoming and basic. It looked like a back security door.

Family room on the Loch
Pros:

It's location is stunning, so peaceful and right on the loch with a view from the room. A table and chair set was available outside the building to enjoy a sunset tipple. The rooms decor was tasteful, it was very comfortable and was laid out well. The bathroom was classy and clean, and the shower was good and powerful! If you can check in early to maximise your time on the Loch.

Cons:

Check in was a little confusing as you have to check in at a sister hotel a few miles away. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, so with 4 of us showering it got quite steamy.

Brilliant location & view, great value.
Pros:

Beautiful outlook, high quality finishes spacious, huge tv that easily moves to watch from comfy sofa or king bed. Easy access once you know & check in staff advised.

Cons:

Only minor change would be to supply 2 luggage holders for large cases, us oldies don’t like bending to the floor & rather use the sofa for sitting- would it stop us staying again - no way would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Was clean. Shower is really nice.

Cons:

The reception is 10 mins drive, with all the restaurants and facilities. There’s no staff at where we stay. All the facilities e.g., sauna needs to be booked instead of walk in. Can’t see any view from the room.
