The location is quiet
The room setup was not comfortable.
The kind of hospitality from the staff on duty was exceptionally welcoming. I take great exception to Magdalin and Faith, their welcoming spirit is what one would want to have while on vacation.
Again the place quiet, clean and serene atmosphere... The food was also good while all other facilities were factional. I would recommend VIP Lounge for anyone seeking for a nice place for vacation.

The restaurant location is different and separate from the accomodation.
Very clean rooms. Good breakfast. Excellent customer service. Spacious room and bed.
I had booked three rooms. One dubble room looked okay and was the kind of room that I had booked. The other two though did not live up to the standards. They were outside the hotel in a kind of bunker with shared shower and toilet. We complained but no other rooms were available so we cancelled and left. The staff was very nice and understanding.
I didn’t realise that there is not really any restaurant or social area at the actual site. You need to walk a block away to reach the restaurant and the bar. They can bring food to your room though. And some drinks are available.

No breakfast/restaurant onsite
Breakfast was fine, and the location was great. The shower was warm and large, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable.
The food at dinner was fair. The hotel's kitchen is located a block away. You place your order; and then, in about 45 minutes, your lunch or dinner is brought to your room. The food is apparently all cooked using a microwave. The chips were a little soggy. We both ordered chicken, and it was pretty tough.
