Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde wieder hingehen
Pros:

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist hübsch gestaltet. Die Zimmer einladend. Innenhof mit Garten sehr nett und familiär. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Badezimmer sauber und effizient.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, nicht weit von der Stadtmitte (erreichbar ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß)
Pros:

Nettes und sehr entgegenkomenes Personal.
Maneger und gesamtes Personal waren stets freundlich
Gerne wieder.
Ich würde es jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zwar gut, jedoch als Buffet wäre es besser gewesen

Very good value for money, lovely pool and garden area
Pros:

It was very cosy and intimate and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Nothing.
There isn’t a restaurant on site which is fine but important to be aware of.

Een prima hotel als je een paar dagen in Santa Cruz wil verblijven. Alles is met een taxi goed bereikbaar.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je kunt bij een paar uitstekende restaurants bestellen en op de binnenplaats bij het zwembad opeten.
