Nice and functional property near Aerocity. The staff were polite, food fine, and complimentary airport shuttle convenient for my early flight.
I chose Niranta because it is a transit hotel, so we could get a couple of hours rest before our next flight
I didn't have breakfast as I left too early. The hotel made no offer of early breakfast or packed breakfast.
The pick up from the airport was very poor and 2 hours late! The drop off was a better.
I had no breakfast as I needed to leave very early in
the morning. The hotel did not offer any options for breakfast such as anything to take away or leave out for me.
The senior person at the hotel who booked me in, Rohit, took unauthorised photographs of my identity /travel documents including my passport and OCI document. He used his personal mobile phone to do this. This was without my permission or knowledge. This is a serious breach of my data protection. He then said that he would delete them. However, I had no means of checking this and had no confidence that he would not use them for illegal purposes.

Very nice hotel, clean and recently built. Photos correctly represent the rooms. Daily cleaning and towel change available on request. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast with limited choice, but good quality with Indian and continental options. Free airport pickup worked perfectly
Very friendly staff, comfortable and big rooms. I got an unexpected upgrade, thanks again. Ideal if you want to be close to Delhi Airport. It only takes 5min. Free airport shuttle is provided both for pickup and drop.
Hotel situated in Mahipalpur close to the terminal. Staff were polite, rooms neat, and bathrooms spotless. Complimentary pickup from Delhi Airport was offered as part of the stay and worked very well.

We have booked Apple wood hotel but when we reached it closed from 6 months. Then we call them they take us in hotel Kiara. Even though they can't call us. They not provide us drinking facility at our room. We should fill out bottle by ourselves. Hotel is also not clean. Very bad experience at this price.
Stayed here just for a few hours before my flight from Delhi Airport. The room was compact but clean, AC worked well, and staff were polite. Free airport pickup came within ten minutes and saved me the trouble of arranging a cab.

Everything! It looks like fraud!
Without any communication or notification the hotel decided to place my family into a different hotel “the Kiara hotel” which looked nowhere close to the Applewood I booked. No compensation was offered.
The taxi from the airport (without waiting time from our side) was charged high with the explanation that it was either because of the parking or traffic though at the booking the manager offered the best discount.
One week in advance one room was cancelled - the hotel didn’t want to return the money, we had to fight for that.
The reception was rude and not welcoming.
Within my 2,5 years living in India, lots of travel and staying in many hotels, this is first time it happened.

Recieved a call to say we had been relocated due to limited rooms, but we had been upgraded to 4 star.
More like 2 star, not like any of the photos, no coffee making facilities or fridge like in photos or info. Had to ask for towels and glasses as none in room.

The pictures and location what they had wasnt correct. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the paint was peeling off the walls, and there were no windows at all. The door felt like it was made of cardboard, and I hear screaming from the next room. It did not feel safe or comfortable, so I didnt stayd there.
We had a layover near Delhi Airport and location was perfect as it was only 5 minutes away from the terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and value for money. They even provided a free drop to the airport early morning without any delay
Stayed for a short layover near Mahipalpur. The hotel was clean, quiet, and affordable. Staff was courteous, and the free airport drop early morning was right on schedule.
Spacious rooms, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the in-house restaurant was great. Free pickup from the airport made arrival easy and stress-free.
