Services is not good for the customer. I am happy got two hours early check in.
Room services are not, staff took more time to respond.
Great hotel, clean comfortable and great location. The staff is phenomenal, the dining is great as well.THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT THE ROOF TOP TERRACEV IS CLOSED AND THIS WAS PUT FORTH ON THE "BOOKING.COM" SITE. The was one of reason I choose this hotel.

Adul was following me up and down on the elevators and at one pointed offered to carry pizza. When the reception asked me for my room, he spoke instead. If I was not travelling solo this would not have happened! I have visited twenty countries and once they see a solo traveller is it is time to stalk them until they get some money handed to them. Trust me on this one!
Its been a long three weeks and I was due for a therapeutic massage. Ironically I recieved a call from an in-house spa. First of all the hotel should have never provided my room number out to the spa. It is a voilation of the customer privacy. Secondly this was not a theraputic spa, but its a spa that is run a shady character name Ankita. She is sly crafty and a shroud person and very tactical in trying to get the most money out of you, she was trying to over-charge m as well. Her intention was otherwise they wanted to make extra money off me for additional services. The therapist was extremly persistant to the point of begging me and I simply keep declining.
