I have been visiting The Sheraton for over fifty years and some things need to up wth the times
Pros:

Didn't have the breakfast

Cons:

I would have preferred a buffet style breakfast , and the evening meal is to late in the evening a three course meal at that time of day is not recommended.

Hotel very clean, staff lovely, problem with the key cards when we were there but no problem when we had been out staff would go to our room with us to open the door.

Dirty run down hotel

The only thing that I can say that was ok about the hotel
Was the entrance as it was only place that looked clean(ish)

Well where do I start, the place was very dirty , wallpaper all
Hanging off the wall due to a leak, bathroom has stuff all over the shower curtain and bath , the beds were like
Slabs my kids couldn’t sleep
In them without wakening up with a sore back, the carpet had what looked like a sick mark on it also , never again would I go back to this or recommend this hotel

Breakfast was excellent room comfortable fridge a bonus

Cons:

couldn't access room had to get a member of staff to let us in each time we left the room because the system went down
