Comfortable and reasonable.
Pros:

Good selection for cooked breakfast, good view from room and pleasant welcoming staff.

Cons:

More fresh fruit for breakfast. Room could have done with a general freshen up of decor and attention to detail like bathroom door that was hard to shut.

Other than that it was a great stay.
Pros:

The rooms were bigger than expected, the beds were very comfortable, Pillows were excellent Quality, Bus and Tram stop outside, Now just a couple of bad things, sockets not near bed, And water in bathroom not suitable for making a brew. so maybe take your own bottled water if you drive or nip out and get some if you travel by train. I asked for a room with a bath and got one.

Cons:

No view and water not suitable for making a brew with as it tasted horrible

Pros:

The staff are warm and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful with any questions.

Cons:

The windows in the room need refurbishment. The wind caused brick dust to fall in and in the bathroom, it felt like I had a ghost entertaining me, strange whistles. I was a lone traveller and it made me feel a little scared. This is a very old building and is sadly decaying.
The door to the room didn't lock when I left to go out. Thankfully I had another door to leave from so my belongings were secure.

Not very good, made a complaint, no response from anyone
Pros:

Didn’t order any breakfast. Bed was just ok

Cons:

Window view was bad, looking at pigeons and their mess. Lifts were broken on our arrival, we were on third floor, reception told of my bad knee. We were placed on 2nd floor, kids banging doors all night.

Very enjoyable and met great new friends!
Pros:

Lovely dance break, staff great and room was fabulous. Easy to get Tram in either direction or one could walk if you wanted to. Restaurant pleasant atmosphere and staff worked hard to please. Ballroom a nice size and good facilities.

Cons:

A little more variety in choices of fruit for breakfast and cheese was a little lacking on the menu over the week, but apart from this the food was good. It was a shame we had a few leaks on the ballroom floor too but this didn't spoil our dance event in any way.
