Suitable for the soul weekend we were attending and able to park on road.
Pros:

Staff helpful and friendly

Cons:

Lift out of order not great taking cases up and down the stairs luckily I had someone help me.

Exactly what you expect of a £151 room in blackpool
Pros:

Good location & £151 for two nights

Cons:

Electric had tripped out in the room when we first got there, room was missing some floor boards, bathroom door had no handle & didn’t lock. Music was so loud Friday night we couldn’t sleep until 23:30.

Absolutely terrible experience
Pros:

Didn't like anything. Our stay was awful. It was my girlfriends birthday, special treat, what a nightmare. Room was dirty, smelly. Shower didn't work. Noise from the other rooms kept us awake, and as for the bed, we were sleeping on springs, kept rolling off the sides, had bad backs for hours. Went to reception, but couldn't find anyone. Worse hotel we have ever stayed in, certainly won't be back. Deffo need to take after Premier inn, and invest in some quality, decent beds

Pros:

On this occasion at the Savoy I had a nice spacious room with sea view, convenient for the lift too.
Reception staff were particularly helpful and refreshing polite on this occasion

What we experienced was good. We would go back ❤️

Clean. Well looked after building considering its age

Cons:

Our bedroom was over the concert room and there was an event in the morning and the sound was loud .no chance of a lie in. Breakfast was too early 8:30-9:30, would have been good till 10:30

Great location but tired and in need of an upgrade

Lovely traditional hotel, staff were nice and the shower was great

Cons:

The mattress! I’ve stayed here before and the mattresses are in desperate need of replacing. The halls could do with a hoover. Room was very hot
