The staff always smiling and excellent
The room was very small. No hot water, only lukewarm. Towels were grey and need to be discarded. Room needs a thorough cleaning.
Many items not available on restaurant menu including did not have a griller or a toaster.
The staff are the best part of this hotel. Always helpful, smiling and pleasant.
Poor maintenance, water leakage marks on walls, tiny room, could have been cleaner. Linen was grey from over use, needs to be discarded. No hot water - lukewarm at best. lots of mosquitos. The menu at Qmin: Items not available. No grill or toaster - Tawa toast only! No liquor licence - No beer or wine. On the whole very disappointing for an IHL property.

Old property, No maintenance. Not value for money. Foul smell, old beds, smell in bedsheet, bathroom door couldn't close, damaged cot. Charged 4065ruppes. Not worth more than a thousand rupees.

I got the last room towards the corner, the towel , mattress and the blankets were old and stained. Only hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and soaps were provided but no toothbrush, paste and body wash. As mentioned in the booking there’s no iron box, hair drier…
The telephone wasn’t connected, the AC remote wasn’t working. Overall very bad experience.
