Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Had to wait for very long for the getter to heat up a bucket of water. Centralised heating facility would make the experience great.

Superb
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. The food was delicious, specially the Kumaoni dishes were awesome. The property is new and has been operational for 1-2 months only so all the facilities were up to the mark.
The valley view with the peace and quiet were awesome.
The beds were super comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. All in all a very happy stay.

Awesome place to stay (Away from the hustle bustle)
Pros:

We wanted to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city and Silver fern was exactly what we were looking for.
The staff was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. The food was good and the overall ambience was tranquil.
The property is new and the simple and minimalist design of the hotel and the comfort and cleanliness made the stay enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this place.

Peaceful, Calm and Wonderful
Pros:

The property is new and well made. It is well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The property is away from the city and in a peaceful village with awesome view.
The room sizes are one of the biggest I have seen in hill stations.
The food was delicious and the overall ambience and calm makes this property unique.

Ok ok property for 1 Night when no options are left
Pros:

Property is very far from Nainital , Road to reach the property is a Rollar Coster ride , too risky
Although property is ok but its new so need to be managed property . One over smart guy Mr Neeraj is there who is owner i guess handles the property and thinks as if he is the boss of uttarakhand tourism , His attitude will ruin this property.
Rest property is new , neat and clean but has to be handled by the efficient person not like Mr Neeraj.
