Everything was poor. The rooms are over-priced and the quality is getting worse every year
Security is the only thing very good.
Firstly, the bed size on the website is not what's in the room, intercom not working, complementary breakfast is nothing to write home about besides is for only one occupant, you have to ask for items before you can get them like toiletries and complementary bottles water, the online contact number don't care about your concern along you gave paid and your money is not refundable when the accommodation don't meets your need. We were laterally forced to stay in the room.
There is nothing good about the property including the rude and unprofessional staff
There are rats everywhere on the corridor and the electricity is unstable . My stay was a very bad experience, I will never go back there again

Apart from getting rest, nothing was okay. Tiny cockroaches. standing fan obstructing the door. barely space to move around the room. 2 visitors and room becomes too tight. Generally unhappy with what was given for the figure paid.

Front office staff was not at the desk and the security interferes in front office transaction which should not be.

It was close to the airport.
The mattresses were worn-out. Toilet doors don't close, toilets don't flush and TV felt like watching from the 70s. I had to change my room twice.
