Pros:

Вилла подойдет для двух семей, много спальных мест. Большие спальни, хорошие кровати. Ванные комнаты прекрасные! Если что - кнопка смыва воды в унитазе под стульчаком, не сразу нашел :) На ресепшен есть ресторан, до моря 10 минут пешком, но живя в этой вилле лучше арендовать машину.

Cons:

Как и во всех жарких странах будете жить совместно с жучками, муравьями, геконами. Но это не проблема виллы, так везде. Надо быть готовым.
