I love my breakfast! Simple yet so delicious, it's a simple banh mi with a hot milk on the side. Perfect for cold mornings in Sa Pa! I miss it already.

I like the themed design and very affordable as well
I had a bad experience with the management. They sent me a message and asked to deposit 50% of the total cost of my supposedly stay with them. Unfortunately i trusted them much and transferred the money to the account name and account number they shred to me. My bank successfully transferred the money but they still kept telling they haven’t receive it.
To my dismay I cancelled my booking and look for a much better hotel stay. I am hoping that the money I transferred will return to my account. If not, its a lesson learned on my part.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good (egg and chicken banh mi). The pool table was in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable.
We loved our stay here! It is close to the citycentre (max 10 minutes walking). The accommodation has a lovely bed, we slept so good. The shared bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is good! The owners of the homestay are so kind! On a clear day you’ll have a beautiful view because you are surrounding mountains and it has a lovely balcony. The communication goes through google translate. We would definitely recommend this!!

Lovely rooms, beautiful shower, comfy beds. The owners were so kind, allowing me to leave my bag overnight while on an overnight trek, and even inviting me to eat with their family. However, they do not speak English, but not an issue with google translate. Absolutely perfect stay.
Maybe a little far from the main town for some, approximately 9 minute walk?
