Traumhafter Strand vor dem Hotel. Schöne Hotelanlage. Sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches liebenswertes Personal. Wir würden am letzten Tag kostenlos nach Bejuco zum Bus gefahren.

Una experiencia inolvidable
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, con fácil acceso y cerca de otras playas para aprovechar y conocer. El personal super amable, atentos y chineadores. El señor acargo de los jardines nos trajo sillas a la playa para que estuviéramos mas cómodos sin haberselo pedido, lo que me pareció un gesto increíble.
Las chicas de recepción, las del restaurante, los señores del bar, las muchachas de limpieza, todos super amables y dispuestos a atendernos de gran manera.
El restaurante y el bar, 10 de 10. No solo la comida estuvo deliciosa, sino que además el servicio fue rapidísimo. Los cócteles riquísimos y el precio más que acorde con la calidad.
Las instalaciones están en inmejorables condiciones.
El gimnasio está perfectamente bien equipado, limpio, con A/C, baños impecables y sistema de sonido.

Bord de mer très beau mais restauration pas à la hauteur.

Situation bord de mer avec une belle plage. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Un mariage avait lieu dans le jardin de l’hôtel nous n’avons pas été prévenus alors que l’hôtel aurait largement eu le temps de le faire. Le repas du soir nous a été offert en compensation suite à notre déclaration de mécontentement.
Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très basique et peu goûteux, le café vraiment mauvais.
L’hôtel est très isolé, le jardin peu entretenu.
Tapis de bain sali non changé.

Budget motel stay at resort prices
Pros:

The best redeeming factor about this place is the beachfront location.

Cons:

This place is definitely not as advertised. We had booked multiple nights here for a beachfront resort vacation, but ended up only staying one night and transferring elsewhere. The whole place feels semi-abandoned: it’s dirty, dusty and unkempt, with random green fencing placed up to cover certain areas and multiple features (like the poolside bar) broken/not functional. The room felt old and musty, there were stains on our sheets and towels. Overall this place has a budget motel feel, which is fine if that’s how it’s priced, but for what we were paying was not at all what we were expecting. We ended up moving to a resort down the road which was actually less expensive and infinitely better quality, and they told us this happens often that guests from sunset Del Mar end up looking elsewhere to stay.

Schöne Anlage, miese Qualität

Die Anlage und der Strand sind traumhaft!

Cons:

Jedoch ohne Auto kommt man nicht von A nach B.. die Preise im Hotel sind auch horrend.. sprich vor Ort erst Aktivitäten und Fahrten zu buchen sind nicht zu empfehlen
-das Personal war weder hilfsbereit noch freundlich leider.. aber menschliche kompetente ist natürlich auch eine tagesverfassung
-frühstück war ein Witz leider.. sehr miese Qualität und super wenig.. auch nur all la carte, extras wie obst, käse brot sind mit 4 dollar pro item weder günstig noch akzeptabel bei einem eigentlich inkludierten Frühstück
