Es un espacio grande y con buenas instalaciones. Está relativamente cerca de restaurantes y plazas comerciales. Los atardeceres son hermosos!

The beach house was nice, comfortable and well equipped

The hotel common areas seem to be abandoned, there is no maintenance over the gardens, pool area, hotel/beach area

It felt like the place is not carefully taken care of which to be honest do not leave me with the idea of going back

Der Gesamteindruck erinnerte eher an einen Lost Place, Anlage in die Jahre gekommen, Außenanlagen ungepflegt. Die bei booking.com angegebene qm- Zahl orientiert sich eher an den Außenabmessungen der Villa.

Buena ubicación, personal muy esmerado en la atencion al cliente

Cons:

Las areas verdes y zonas externas muy descuidadas, falta de mantenimiento y aseo afean el lugar. En el restaurante el menu no estaba disponible del todo por falta de insumos, eso limitaba la elección. Piscina no estaba en funcionamiento y en su lugar solo nos ofrecieron como compensación, ir a la de otro hotel, ubicado muy lejos, a unos 15km.

Would definitely come back, closer to SJ than most other options and way nicer.
Pros:

Loved our stay! The room was beautiful and very well mantained and clean. The staff was very welcoming helpful, even offered us a bottle of wine for our stay after mentioning we were staying for a personal celebration!
