It’s a charming hotel. I would definitely return.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional; friendly, accommodating and always ready to help. The location and the views are outstanding. Breakfast was an absolute treat. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. We were very happy that there was a pool table and spent many hours playing during our stay.

Cons:

It was cold, wet and rainy while we were there. The windows on the property were not well-fitted and the cold and draughts easily found their way in. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low.

O pequeno almoço é bom mas não é extraordinário. O melhor é mesmo a vista e a temperatura do espaço.

Cons:

Havia demasiadas formigas no quarto....
A Pousada não tem serviços especiais. Tem um carregador elétrico que está quase oculto... Não pisicina interior ou spa...
O quarto pode ser excelente mas falta-lhe uma máquina de café...

L état de la suite n ai pas entretenu joint salle de bains usé chambre usé taches moquettes prix trop cher pour une suite qui est censé justifier son prix
Salon restaurant des fourmi on inonder notre assiette apéritifs pendant notre détente dans ce salon ensuite le restaurant repas froid et manque de raffinements

Estadia relaxante num local fantástico
Pros:

Primeiramente, o edifício é lindíssimo e localizado num ponto de elevada altitude, permitindo uma vista fantástica sobre Viana, sobre o rio Lima e o oceano, além de estar mesmo em frente ao Santuário de Santa Luzia.
O hotel é muito silencioso e calmo. A suite era enorme e confortável, com uma cama king size com um bom colchão. Quarto de banho com aquecimento e bom fluxo de água. O jantar no restaurante do hotel foi muito agradável com a música suave de fundo, atendimento irrepreensível e comida bem confeccionada. Ao pequeno-almoço não faltou nada. O staff muito simpático e atencioso, especialmente o senhor que estava no bar.

NESTE ESTABELECIMENTO, FOI “INSUFICIENTE “.
Pros:

O café disponibilizado na máquina é de muito má qualidade. Logo trocámos por chá preto do Ceilão. Os restantes produtos são iguais a outros hotéis de 4 estrelas. Ficámos no quarto 210 e conseguíamos ouvir os passos no quarto P/ superior.

Cons:

O chefe de sala era péssimo por excesso de familiaridade. O menu escolhido não tinha qualidade, pelo que só jantámos no 1.º dia. No 2.º fomos ao restaurante Bota d’Agua que frequentamos sempre que portuno pela excelente qualidade das refeições.
