Pros:

First class in location. Birdseye Views of the entire Viana do Castelo port, Bay and city. First class room complete with a welcome tray of fruit, cookies and water bottle. Breakfast had a grand variety of foods as well as dinner. Extremely hospitable and caring. They provided a bag of ice for my aching ankle. True first class service from the entire staff.

Een heel fijn verblijf !
Pros:

De lokatie, comfort, aankleding en vriendelijkheid personeel. Ambiance overall. De fraaie kamer met super uitzicht in 2 richtingen.

Cons:

Super ontbijtje.
Maar de lunch was ok, maar niet bijzonder.

Pros:

Edificio histórico con excelentes vistas. Perfecto como base para conocer el centro histórico. Habitación con encanto y desayuno con abundantes productos en comedor agradable. Aparcamiento amplio. Disponen de piscina.

Cons:

El sistema de climatización de la habitación no funciona bien, faltaba algo de temperatura. Se echa de menos una piscina cubierta, aún no estaba abierta la exterior pero la temperatura ya hacía apetecible el baño. Algo más de fruta en el buffet y zumo exprimido directamente sería de agradecer.

Erg bijzondere plek. Prachtig.

Diner viel tegen. Verhoudingsgewijs te duur. Ontbijt was wel erg mooi.

Pros:

The view was wonderful, of course. The food was good. The restaurant staff was very friendly, the bar staff was less so.

Cons:

I had a massage while I was there, and it was wonderful, but the massage room is quite simple and not on par with the rest of the facility.

Es war einfach nur traumhaft. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war phantastisch, das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Etwas schade, dass der Pool (obwohl Wasser drin war) nicht benutzt werden konnte.
