Did not get a chance to have breakfast

Cons:

I was detained trying to get to Jakarta and let them know that I was going to arrive late. They canceled my entire 30 day reservation and would not give me my money back!!!! I experienced great hardship as I could not get a refund and had to borrow money to eat and get a room for two nights. I was going to try to get to their hotel within a week. I just needed time to get back on track. It is ridiculous that they would keep all the money for an entire month! You would think that some people would have empathy for certain situations. I can not believe we are in a world where fellow humans will not try to understand that unexpected things happen and the consequences of people with hard hearts can be devastating.

Pros:

El sitio está bien

Cons:

El desayuno.
No tienen cocina ni comedor por lo que, pagamos un desayuno que era té y pan, comprado en la cafetería de la esquina. Por no decir que se habían olvidado y tuvimos que reclamarlo.
NO incluyan desayuno en su reserva. Es mejor bajar al Starbucks que está pegado al hotel y alimentarse bien.
