تأخير في تسليم الغرف + تم سحب المبلغ وبعدها انتظرت ساعه لأستلام الغرفه ( كنسلت الحجز ) + الصيانه سيئه جداً والمكيفات خربانه ورائحه سيئه في بعض الغرف ( اكثر من حجز ) + تعامل الموظف فيصل ممتاز

I do not recommend the hotel except for the price and all reviews seem to be fake
Pros:

Clean rooms only.

Cons:

Staff do not respond to requests.
No towels (at all) in the rooms !!!
They could manage double rooms for families although e-mail was sent.
No response to e-mails
TV is not working.
