Great location however, room was very small and the bad smell from our rooms were so bad.
Pros:

It was a minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

Difficoltà di comunicare in inglese. Formiche in camera. Cancellazione della nostra prenotazione un giorno prima del soggiorno, avremmo dovuto stare lì dal 1 al 6 Gennaio. E il giorno di san Silvestro ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione, mettendoci in difficoltà nel trovare un altra soluzione. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare tre hotel in una sola settimana. Loro ci hanno potuto ospitare solo il 5 e il 6

Close distance to the sea with beautiful sunsets.
Owner and employees all were very polite and helpful.
It is a new property indeed.

Cons:

The mattress is very very hard!! Sleeping on the floor would be exactly the same. Avoid if you have back problems.
The window shutters couldn’t stay open.
This has not to do with the property… FYI it is an expensive area, everything costs more than in the center (for example renting a motorbike…)

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Die Lage ist super. Die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt und chick.

Cons:

Im Hotel wird leider kein Frühstück angeboten. Die Auswahl in den anliegenden Cafés zum Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt und teuer.

Отключить звук лифта, хотя бы в утренние часы. Избавиться от запаха старой деревянной мебели
Pros:

Отель состоит из двух корпусов. Ресепшен сразу не найти, тк он перемешался с магазином. Но такое тут во многих отелях. Уборка номеров хорошая, приходит сразу три девушки и организованно моют, чистят, застилают кровать. В магазине можно купить много необходимых мелочей, правда они разбросаны по всему магазину. Валюту можно обменять на ресепшене она же касса магазина. Это семейный бизнес. Хозяин приветливый парень, сам лично заселяет в номера, все объясняет, его жена отвечает за магазин, дедушка по вечерам пьет чай с гостями на улице возле магазина. Приятные люди. Цены на проживание хозяин меняет, как перчатки, играется. Реальная стоимость номеров 3000-5000, но иногда хозяин может поднять до 12000( может и выше, но за время моего пребывания, цены на букинге достигали этой цифры). В номере есть чай, кофе, стаканы, кружки. Каждый день дают воду и кока колу. Есть фен и утюг, кондей, плечики в шкафу, пляжные полотенца. Кстати, этот набор есть не всех отелях в районе. Вокруг отеля самое большое озеленение на весь район, много деревьев и кустов высажено в горшках, даже небольшой огородик имеется. В целом, советую этот отель. В нем много комфортных вещей предусмотренно для отдыха, близко к морю. Минусы будут несущественными

Cons:

Мелкие муравьи, но они во многих отелях тут присутствуют. Запах старой деревянной мебели и лака, которым красят эту мебель присутствует в некоторых номерах. Шум огромного генератора соседнего кафе, включают, когда в районе отключается электричество. Пиликанье лифта, особенно по утрам, которое начинается с 5 утра

Lovely family running hotel, fabulous location however, they need to sort the drains.

Wspaniały hotel zgodny z opisem!
Pros:

Hotel był świetny. Zarezerwowałam pokój czteroosobowy z dwoma wielkimi łóżkami i dwoma balkonami. Pokoje są sprzątane każdego dnia (jeżeli tego nie chcesz, to można wywiesić karteczkę). W pokoju jest woda, cola, kawa, herbata- bezpłatnie do waszej dyspozycji. Wszystko w pokoju było zgodne z ofertą. Na 4. piętrze jest taras z pięknym widokiem. Wzdłuż morza znajduje się promenada idealna na spacery. Na parterze hotelu jest recepcja połączona ze sklepem (są tu ubrania, pamiątki, kosmetyki, przekąski, napoje)- można płacić kartą. Przed hotelem są stoliki przy których możesz posiedzieć lub zjeść/ wypić to co kupisz. Gospodarze są bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi 🤗 Hotel znajduje się 100 m od pięknej, piaszczystej i spokojnej plaży- łagodne wejście do morza z piaszczystym dnem ☀️🏖️ W zasięgu 2 minut masz kilka opcji restauracji z lokalnym- pysznym i niedrogim jedzeniem- można płacić kartą. Miejsce jest wspaniałe- cisza i spokój, idealne do odpoczynku, ale z dostępem do atrakcji. Obok hotelu jest Sailing Club, w którym o godzinie 20.00 jest Fire Show 🙂 Miejsce polecam i jeżeli wrócę to wybiorę je ponownie 🤗

Excellent location
Pros:

The owners were very friendly and lovely! They always had a smile and were always happy to help. Room was spacious and clean. Couple of minor issues with our room which were sorted really quickly. Brilliant location.

Friendly hosts. Stzff changed towels and brought water every day Two minutes to the beach

Very noisy. Hard mattresses and pillows. Poor cleaning, dirty both in the room and in the bathroom.

Superb
Pros:

Great host, very nice and welcoming. We had an issue with hot water, he fixed it fast. Room looks very nice and new, also the location is great.

Cons:

Small downside: the bed were pretty hard, so we slept on a blanket to make it softer. The pillows were too thick.
