Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Blick in die Reisfelder war einfach traumhaft. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 15min bis 20min in die Altstadt. Super-Service 👌🏻Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück - sehr lecker! Ich hab mich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ich verstehe jetzt, warum Leute hier länger bleiben:)

Wir wurden morgens früh um 7 Uhr sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sofort mit den Fahrrädern in die Stadt fahren! Toll! Unsere geplanten Touren wurden gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage in den Reisfeldern, leckeres Frühstück und tollstes Personal 😍 wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Traumhaft
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier. Das Personal is super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super und sie Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Der Blick auf die Reisfelder war traumhaft. Wir waren leider nur drei Tage dort, würden aber sofort wieder kommen.

We didn't stay

Cons:

There place was small then appeared from the outside and the all the fields were mud when we went. we ended up book a completely different location due to the lack of view and smell from the feild from all the mud and moisture

Pros:

Really nice and helpful staff. Our room was very clean. The hotel is in a great location. We borrowed free bicycles and went for a nice ride between rice fields and went to the coconut boat ride nearby! We enjoyed our stay!

Welcoming but simple.
Pros:

Staff friendliness, accommodation of late arrival and check in; breakfast chef.

Cons:

The place was marketed above true standard, this is NOT a 4/5 star hotel, more of a backpackers experience which is how we chose to view it. Pictures and descriptions published on booking.com are unfortunately misleading, which leads to disappointment upon arrival. Noisy at night. Breakfast is limited compared to other places we’ve stayed at in Vietnam.

Home from home
Pros:

Tham and her team were just so amazingly warm and kind, such great value for money and great location on the outskirts of Hoi an just a quick taxi or cycle. Easily cycle on the free bikes across the paddy fields to see real life agricultural of the locals. Wonderful fresh Cooked food from the chef.. we will recommend to all our friends ..

Zwemmen tussen de rijstvelden
Pros:

De gastvrijheid!!
Idyllische ligging tussen de rijstvelden, het strand en de oude stad. Rustig maar toch dicht bij alles.
Het vers gemaakte ontbijt iedere ochtend.
Comfortabele en propere kamers.
Gastvrouw Thăm is zeer behulpzaam!!

Tip: het restaurant er naast is zeker een bezoekje waard!!

Superb Location, Quiet Rooms - Great Value
Pros:

There were only four to five people staying at the hotel so breakfast was scaled back from the normal buffet breakfast. Still, it was freshly prepared by the Crazy Chef, Mr Hong, and very tasty. Nice quiet location with a lovely swimming pool and five minutes walk to the nearest small community. There is a small store approx 350m from the hotel and a good restaurant right next to the hotel. 55000VDN (approx £1.51) in a GRAB Taxi Car (a lot cheaper on a GRAB motorbike Taxi) to Hoi An Old Town. Motortbike hire approx 500m from the hotel where for £2.50 - £3.50 you can hire mopeds / Motorbikes for 24hrs. A litre of petrol is approx £0.55 per litre.
We must mention Miss Tham, receptionist, great service and fixes any problem for you....Thanks Tham.
