Un petit logement dans un hôtel désert (Aucun personnel)

La vue. L'assistance de Élisabeth à l'annexe (?).

Cons:

Le manque d'accueil en arrivant à l'hôtel. À part Tony (gardien efficace et aimable) nous n'avons vu PERSONNE à l'hôtel Bellevue !
Heureusement que Tony est venu pour nous expliquer que le commutateur pour avoir de la lumière dans l'entrée et dans la salle de bains était derrière la télévision ! ! La "cuisine" c'était plutôt une toute petite kitchenette ! Les papiers seulement en allemand. Pas de français et même pas d'anglais !
Le "very close" pour aller au petit déjeuner. Faux. Il fallait bien 10 minutes pour descendre et 15-20 minutes pour remonter. Ce n'était pas un appartement mais un studio !

Das es geklappt hat mit dem etwas Früher EinChecken. Ein Benachrichtigung wäre noch besser gewesen aber sonst gut.

Der Service von booking.com ist unterstes Niveau! Bis zum Check-In Tag erhält man von diesem Anbieter Mails ohne Ende (11Stück!), das ist mehr als Spam! Zudem ist booking.com weder telefonisch noch per Mail erreichbar. Bei Online Kontakt dreht man sich im Kreis und wird nur weitergeleitet. ALSO BUCHT DIESES TOLLE HAUS UNBEDINGT DIREKT OHNE booking.com!!!

Das Zimmer war sehr hell und sauber. Speziell war sicher, dass wir während der ganzen Zeit nie jemanden gesehen haben. War irgendwie geisterhaft.

Zimmer sind sehr schön und vorallem ist es sehr ruhig.
Was vielleicht noch zu erwähnen ist, dass es sich bei der Küche um eine Gemeinschaftsküche handelt. Dies war so nicht beschrieben.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist unbesetzt, spricht man sieht kaum Personal. Die Putzfrau war einmal im Gebäude, jedoch konnte sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht bei uns sauber machen weil der Hund alleine im Zimmer war. Ich habe sie gebeten am nächsten Tag wieder zu kommen jedoch war nie wieder eine Putzfrau zu sehen oder jemand hat das Zimmer sauber gemacht.

Für Kurzaufenthalt alles Bestens, man braucht kein Auto mehr wenn man Skifahren geht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut top - kurzer Fussmarsch zur Talstation der Bergbahn. Skiraum vorhanden, wenn auch etwas schäbig .... Das Frühstück war wunderbar, alles frisch. Jedoch fühlten wir uns etwas einsam in dem grossen Raum.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad neu renoviert. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung, schlafen, duschen und frühstücken .... Parkplatz gratis :-)

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist ziemlich lieblos und auch ein wenig schmuddelig. Der Anblick von aussen lässt zu wünschen übrig und ist nicht sehr einladend. Der Aussenbereich allgemein ist ziemlich verwarlost, das ist sehr schade. Man merkt, dass wohl immer ein bisschen renoviert wird .... Es ist niemand im Haus, ausser am Morgen ...
