The price for the room in this area was extremely good. The host is personable and facility clean
Pros:

The host was very welcoming, and I had missed her texts while driving. She met me at the door when I arrived, later than I had said I would arrive. I was grateful I didn't have to try to figure out the lock's code, as it was cold and windy. The furnishings and appointments in the room were nice, and it was clean. The bed sheets were very nice.

Cons:

I'm an older adult traveling alone. I say this because it is the context for my comments. The staircase up to the room was narrow and steep. I stayed in Room 1 at the top of the stairs. It was adequate but smaller than I expected. I needed to charge my hearing aids, phone, and computer, and I had to move furnishings to find enough outlets to get them all plugged in. The bed was much firmer than I'm used to. The guests the night I was there were quiet and respectful, but the walls are thin, and noisy guests could be an unexpected disruption to a night's sleep. I'm also glad I got there before dark, as I found the twists and turns on the roads around the Lake Norman area to be difficult to navigate even with GPS.

The neighborhood is quiet, convenient for driving, and close to stores and everything you might need.

Better sheets would be great.
Pros:

Beautiful welcoming, nice room, cleanness

Cons:

The bed sheets. I am really sorry, but the fabric (polyester, I guess) made our night uncomfortable. Having better sheets would make the experience brilliant. I would kindly suggest mentioning the cat ahead due to the allergies.

The hostess made me feel right at home in their house.
