Great location along JR line
Pros:

Location is very convenient - right next to JR Kamata Station, lots of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in the area. I didn't realize until I was there that the HND express train is actually a 15-min walk away at Keisei Kamata. It was a pleasant walk in the morning, but if I had paid attention I probably would have stayed at a hotel closer to Keisei Kamata instead.

Otherwise, the room was clean, modern, and very efficiently set up with room for luggage beneath the bed. I had to take a morning online meeting so having the little chair and desk was great. I appreciated the in-room bathroom layout as well - more spacious than the typical Japanese business hotel. The public bath was nice enough, but to my surprise it was packed at midnight. Bonus - I was on a high floor and got a clear view of Mt Fuji with the sunset next to it the evening I checked in.

It was great for a night if you’re arriving at Haneda
Pros:

It’s clean. It was relatively close to Haneda airport. The staff were really friendly and they even called a taxi for me so that I could go to my next hotel.

Cons:

The location is 45min to an hour on public transport to the actual heart of Tokyo

Pros:

- two beds which is sometimes hard to find for a reasonable price
- very clean
- very short walk to kamata station, mall, department stores, don quijote, family Mart, many restaurants
- next door has cosmetics, treats and other souvenirs you can buy at a great prices at the time I went
- staff helped us with storing luggage after check out for a few hours
- had umbrellas we could borrow as it was quite rainy

Cons:

- small room, no where to eat in room or in lobby except the desk in the room, but not too bad

Pros:

Brilliant location and had everything we could have wanted. Would recommend and stay again next time we are in japan

Cons:

If I had to say one negative amd this is just my preference, the pillow was too hard for me but that's just my preference..
