The staffs tried to help with a few things but the living condition is extremely uncomfortable, unhygienic with no value
Pros:

ONLY thing to like about this property is the position near the metro station

Cons:

Poor conditions (dampness & bad smell, broken walls).
Worst cleanliness (stains everywhere)
Extremely poor hygiene.
Cockroaches and rats were present in the room.
They didn’t provide facilities that were mentioned in Booking.com website

Pros:

This is not even a 1 star hotel! Very dirty, very poor condition and I will never ever stay here and I will not recommend to anyone, we booked for 2 nights and we left after one night. There is not even a water in the morning. Forget about the rest.

It is the worst stay I have had at any hotel.

Room size was okay

Cons:

I could not breathe in the initial room at all and then they saturated it with baygon spray while the room was extremely small for 2.5k. They gave me a second room which had a similar issue but it was larger. I struggled to breathe but AC helped a little bit. The whole room smelled of mould real bad which is very hazardous. The whole hotel smelled very bad. The locality felt unsafe as some uncles were sitting in front of it in a line just chitchatting all day.

Pros:

The staff helped me fix a crutch to lean on when an old knee injury and recent overuse had made walking impossible. The owner took hours searching online so that I could get something proper delivered the same day. The staff also fixed me some ice to put on it. Eternal gratitude for all this help! Next to the very helpful staff, the accommodation is also great value for the price, with great food options, comfortable beds and only an 8min drive from the airport.
