Đi ra biển xa, lên xuống khu căn hộ cần thẻ đi lại giữa các tầng khó khăn, trên ảnh có phòng khách nhưng đến nơi không có.

Wifi không ổn định, lúc vào xem tivi được lúc không. Các kênh trên Tivi chưa thực sự đa dạng nhất là mấy kênh cho thiếu nhi
Zuerst immer das positive. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad und die Dusche waren auch sehr gut. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon ebenfalls.
Wir hatten extra ein Appartement mit Küche gebucht. Kein Geschirr, kein Besteck, kein sonstiges Zubehör was die Nutzung einer Küchenzeile ausmacht. Auf Nachfrage wurde und ein fettiger Topf sowie eine Pfanne gebracht und ein paar Schüsseln und Teller. Kein angefordertes Messer, Gabeln, Löffel. Am nächsten Morgen stand das Zimmer teilweise unter Wasser weil die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktionierte. Der Techniker kam auch gleich und versuchte zu reparieren. Als er nochmal wiederkommen mußte und wir noch nicht schnell genug aus dem Bett kamen stand er plötzlich in der offenen Tür ( 8.30 UHR). So etwas geht nicht. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Was er aber beim Abrechnen nicht vergessen hatte waren die zwei Pepsi im Kühlschrank. Er war so freundlich uns aber unbedingt vier Pepsi berechnen zu wollen. Wir hatten nicht die Zeit dem Widerspruch leisten zu können weil unser Taxi fuhr. Also haben wir bezahlt. Zum Glück für uns hat er nicht die nicht vorhandene Ausstattung der Minibar berechnet. Siehe Tabelle. Auf dem Parkplatz das gleiche Schauspiel. 5000 für den bewachten Parkplatz. Kein Problem denkt man und kommt nach drei Stunden wieder zurück ( 14.00 Uhr). Da sollen wir nochmal bezahlen obwohl auf unserem Parkbeleg stand: Gilt für einen Tag. Was solls. Wir wußten von Anfang an das Vietnam in dieser Richtung schwierig ist. Geld ziehen wo es geht. Vielleicht ein kleiner Hinweis für alle demnächst ankommenden Besucher.
The hotel is located in a very tall and large building with APEC sign at the top. The room is comfortable, although it looks smaller than we expected. Amenities such as bath robes and slippers are provided. Room had excellent sound insulation and we never heard any outside noise.
The bathroom was missing hand soap and bath soap/gel, which they provided upon request, but these items do not seem to be regular offerings.
Beware that there are multiple hotel vendors operating at this same building. Make sure to follow the checkin instructions to avoid showing up at the wrong lobby.
