Hotel Plata

No hay nada que no me guste de este hotel. Todo me gusta. Todo los años voy.

Es un gran timo,unos sinverguenzas de mucjo cuidado ,tienen camaras en todasboartes incluso en los espejos de las habitaciones , no te respetan ,entran en jas habitaciones a robar te cuando no estas en ella,entran cuando estas durmiendo etc....... deja mucjo que deserar ,no tienes intimidad alguna ,ni descanso alguno incluso desde ka tekevision de jas habitaciones puedes ver toda la gente que pasa ,entra al hotel son unos estafadores ,te piden 100 euros de fianza junto a los datos dectu targeta de credito oh devito en ver de cobrar con datafono ,tienen muchisimas denuncias en curso por muchisimos guespedes vecinos de ja zona ,el dueño eh trabajadores son una mafia las autoridades van detras de ellos para nuestro vienestar

Bueno no hay estacionamiento libre

Que se cobrará para hacer uso del parking que el mismo establecimiento tiene; siendo que en la zona es complicado aparcar si no eres residente.

strongly advise against staying at Hotel Plata, especially for outsiders. During our stay, there was no hot water in the room, despite us contacting the hotel several times the evening before. Each time we were told it would be fixed “any moment”, but by the morning there was still no hot water.
We checked out at 6:00 a.m. as we had to leave. We would have liked to take a shower, but that was impossible. When I later asked whether it would be possible to receive some compensation for this issue, the manager and her father were brought in. Both went downstairs, after which we heard the boiler turn on. They then went to the room and suddenly there was hot water.
They accused me of lying and doing this only to get compensation. Why would I book a room with a jacuzzi and deliberately not want to use it? Their behaviour was very intimidating; they shouted at us. The father even threatened that I would not get my deposit back if I did not keep quiet. I was extremely shocked by this; I have never experienced anything like it before.
A warned man is worth two. I will never return to this hotel and I advise others not to stay here either.

Pues no había agua cuando llegamos, y luego no había agua caliente al día siguiente, es cierto que tuvieron un problema que intentaron subsanar pero que al día siguiente aún seguían teniendo en parte

Pues me parece de muy mal gusto que se inventen cualquier excusa para quedarse con la fianza, de hecho voy a poner una denuncia, es una estafa total, que deposites 100 de fianza y te digan que no te la devuelven porque creen que he fumado en la habitación y eso no es verdad porque he salido fuera a fumar, menos hice fotos antes de salir y se ve como queda la habitación, así que me encargaré de poner las fotos y las conversaciones donde me dice que no me devuelven el dinero y por lo visto están muy a acostumbrados hacer eso!!

Mal insonorizado y nos costó un poco encontrar. Tampoco me gusto que te pidan dos veces el coste de la reserva para una fianza.
