The hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is beautifully designed, calm, and feels secluded. The aesthetic, scale, rooms, context, pool, and vibes are perfect. It is comfortable and well kept. We saw whales everyday from our beach chairs, the night sky is magnificent, and the landscape around the rooms is stunning. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the staff are generally friendly and attentive.
This hotel has a way to go with their hospitality. The feeling you are being ripped off / taken advantage of with the price of food, transportation, and drinks. The hotel is only a 10-15 min ride from La Puenta (the town) but each taxi ride will set you $30CAD one way so you are left a bit stranded with the only restaurant and bar on the premises; so the hotel marks up the prices as much as they want. The food is good but overpriced. Arrange via WhatsApp with a local taxi company once where because it’s about 30-40% cheaper than their rate. For example a ride to the airport is closer to $500MXN one way vs $900MXN they offer. They also added things on our tab that we never ordered so check your bills carefully they even charged for breakfast coffee once which is technically included (no coffee in the room); Management removed the items with no question and apologized, but check anyway. The breakfast options are very very limited for the price you pay and little touches like a welcome drink or a happy hour would go a long way.

La ubicación en la playa inmejorable, apartado de todo. El hotel está fenomenal, y el personal muy atentos.
This dreamy hotel in a dreamy location, feels like you got a never ending private beach with a sunset infront of the hotel, the overall aesthetics of the hotel are really pleasing as well even though i believe it could have been easier much better with a bit more attention to detail more vegetation also for the shade and a gym or yoga space.
Maybe we got unlucky but there is was almost constant construction noise in the mornings, it was frustrating the first couple of days but it got better but i would be mindful of that, also some of the staff seemed a bit incompetent maybe it was a language barrier but we had to ask at least 2 times for simple asks, bright exception the guy in the front desk kiki if i remember correctly and his colleague
-the wifi at the beach bar and the restaurant was pretty bad
-the breakfast unfortunately is a joke for the money you pay with only two options, would cost nothing to enrich that

The facilities are nice, its clean and the beach os for yourself, super peaceful. Also the food is of high quality. We had rented a car so moving between places was easy for us

La ubicacion es magnifica, el desayuno incluido estaba mejor el año pasado que fui, ahora lo han reducido y aunque la calidad es buena el año pasado era mucho mejor, mas basto y con opciones
A diferencia de mi visita pasada note demasiada rigidez en el menu y horarios de servicio, es decir, si se te antoja a las 17hr algo del menu de la cena, imposible, tienes que esperar hasta las 19hr. Y antes tenian una mermelada hecha en casa muy buena y ahora ya no hay... Si bien creo que es sano estructurar el restaurante, esta poca flexibilidad de horarios y oferta no me gusto, prefiero como estaba antes definitivamente. Lo unico que motiva es a buscar opciones fuera para comer o cenar lo que se te antoja
