Freezing cold rooms in area that is safe at day time
Pros:

The finishes of the room where high end and would look good if the room would have been designed (instead it was a large square with lots of negative space in the center). The food was good and the security guards where very friendly.

Cons:

The room didn't have an AC or heater, when I stayed it was cold and very windy outside. I was freezing in the room (temp was maybe 16°C indoors). The windows are single panel glass, with a nightclub outside and the street directly next to the window it was quite noisy. For the mountain view I had to lean out of the window. The door is opened with a QR code on the phone, no room key is offered.

Non conviene andarci in inverno perché molto fredde e prive di riscaldamento
L’estate ci sono solamente ventilatori e non aria condizionata quindi in ambo i casi si soffre

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
Pros:

The room featured modern finishes and was clean and comfortable. The in-house restaurant served fresh, delicious meals, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. I also sent an enquiry via WhatsApp, and the administrator was friendly, responsive, and very helpful.

Cons:

One small downside was that the rooms have no carpeting, which made them feel quite cold during our stay at the beginning of winter. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Neighbourgood 84 Harrington. The hotel has a stylish blend of modern, chic, and rustic design that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and common areas are beautifully designed, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

A highlight of our visit was the fantastic food at the restaurant, East City Grill. Every meal was excellent, and the overall dining experience was outstanding. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a lovely coffee shop that was perfect for starting the day.

The location is another major advantage, being centrally situated and close to many of Cape Town’s attractions, restaurants, and activities. Overall, a great stay with excellent facilities, friendly service, and a vibrant atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Cape Town.

The parking, had to use public parking.

Cons:

Location is a bit off, confusion as to where reception is when you arrive.
We requested a late checkout for 11h00, was told it was not possible, we’d have to pay for the extra time.

​Nos alojamos en Neighbourgood 84 Harrington y nos gustó muchísimo. El hotel tiene un diseño moderno, súper cool y con un ambiente muy relajado pero con estilo, ideal tanto para parejas como para quienes buscan un lugar cómodo y bien conectado.
​Las habitaciones son amplias, muy bonitas y están equipadas con todo lo necesario (los detalles minuciosos y de bienvenida realmente marcan la diferencia). Las áreas comunes son una maravilla: la zona de la piscina, la cafetería y el espacio de coworking son espacios perfectos para relajarse o pasar el rato. Además, las vistas a la montaña desde algunas zonas del edificio son simplemente espectaculares.
​La ubicación en District Six es muy conveniente, en una zona vibrante y a un paso de un montón de restaurantes, cafeterías y locales estupendos. Mención especial para el personal, que fue encantador, muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia.
​¡Totalmente recomendado! Sin duda volveríamos a repetir.
