Super hotel. Chambre grande, confortable et equipée ( frigo, clim…)
Personnel arrangeant et sympathique.
Das Bad und Schlafzimmer waren eher dreckig. Das Bad hatte durchgehen gestunken, es hatte Schimmel in den Fugen und kein warmes Wasser.
Im Schlafzimmer waren Spinnen und Spinnenweben. Außerdem alles sehr hellhörig

Séjour début mars 2026.
Grande chambre 301, 2 lits doubles, 1 penderie, table basse et 2 fauteuils très agréables, table de chevet, bouilloire électrique, petit balcon.
Petite salle de bain. Le tout agréable et confortable, calme, sauf si les voisins sont un peu bruyants. Literie confortable. Personnel accueillant et sympathique.
Présence d ' un petit réfrigérateur inutilisable car là où il est placé, il n'y a pas de prise de courant!

La chambre sur le lac est très confortable, literie et lingerie au top. Par contre pas de vue sur le lac mais sur des bâtiments et la piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas à cette saison. Du coup très calme tout en étant en plein centre ville. Tout est à 2 pas. Il n'y a plus de restaurant, remplacé par un super market. Dommage. Personnel très gentil même si on ne les voit pas souvent.

L’hôtel est abandonné, aucun entretiens autres que les quelques chambres encore en fonction.
Piscine non fonctionnelle depuis longtemps , plus de restaurant , plus de terrasse tout a été retiré
Bref c’est vraiment de la fausse représentation
Il offre chsmbre vue Lac alors que c’est sur la piscine qui ressemble plus à un étang à grenouille qu’à une piscine

J'ai réservé cet hébergement pour profiter de la piscine... malheureusement piscine à moitié vide, algues vertes, piscine non disponible.
Dis proposer un service de laundry, quand je demande pour nettoyer mon linge on m'envoie à la laundry au bout de la rue me disant que ce jour là ce service n'est pas disponible.

It was in a good location.
Staff very friendly.
Tam Coc was Everything cold, but the there's heating in the room was very good.
We struggled to find the homestay, the name was hidden on a small sandwich board, we couldn't find a reception & everything looked closed, we went to the touring/travel shop next door & they were actually the reception.
Our room was up some steps, down a corridor, up some more steps & along a corridor, a very odd layout.
The pool looked very cold & uninviting.
Couldn't get the hot water for shower to work until we tried the cold tap, yep hot came out the cold tap.
Small bathroom, everything flooded after a shower.
Plug socket by bed didn't work.
The location is good, and the room was spacious.
The place is difficult to find, cleaning was not done everyday, and there were issues with the toilets.
I wouldn't book again.

Cốc uống nước bằng tre để mốc, thùng rác trong phòng vệ sinh chưa dọn. Đồ đạc trong phòng vệ sinh: vòi chai gội dầu… ko đc vệ sinh. Chỗ nghỉ ko cách âm nên đang ngủ bị đánh thức bởi phòng bên cạnh và tiếng xe. Lối đi lại thì bụi bặm
מקום מעולה בלב העיניינים של טאם קוק. המיקום באמת מעולה, 5 דקות הליכה מהתחנה המרכזית ו2 דקות הליכה לאגם. החדר מאוד נקי ושווה את המחיר. קיבלתי 2 מיטות זוגיות בתור מטיילת סולו אז גם היה מלא מלא מקום.
היה קצת בעיה עם מציאת המפתח שלי בהגעה אבל חוץ מזה באמת מקום מעולה ממליצה ממליצה.
