Location is good.middle from station and bus stand.Front office manager is so polite.

Cons:

The linen used in the rooms were dirty and unhygienic, when asked, the house keeper took about 6 hrs to change the duvet cover. Then staff remained unanswered about such mishaps. Even the G.M. denied to meet and refused to be the G.M. The Restaurant Manager was equally irresponsible who misplaced our food order and didn't even inform abt it. Later, on inquiry no one answered satisfyingly and literally ran out of place.
