Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and above (and more than 3 nights), the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Child breakfast is not included in all room and breakfast prices, child breakfast will be charged additional RM30nett per child per day if child breakfast required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Don't stay here. You won't get any sleep!
Pros:

Great location. Large rooms. In terms of positives... thats it

Cons:

The air conditioning doesn't work. All it does is blow warm air and dust into the room. Staff came to look at it, twice, nothing changed. We were unable to sleep as the room was so hot. Also despite being on a high floor, we heard every car that went past, all night. The windows are not sound proof, at all.

Pros:

Great location, very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and honest.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room felt overpriced, lacked a smart TV, and the furniture really needs an update. It’s a decent place, but could be much better with some improvements

Pros:

The concierge staff. So polite and very helpful. I've stayed at this property at least 7 or 8 times & used to live at St Mary. The location is wonderful, the grounds & pool area are lovely & peaceful & the security is premier. My only complaint is that over the last 3 years the interiors of the units that we've stayed in need new carpets, clean & repaired window shades in the main living area and fresh paint. When I stay at E&O it always feels like I've come home. I hope to see you again next year.

Ok for a long weekend, not good for long stays from my opinion
Pros:

The location is very convenient for the city and the pool is nice. A few good local restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The beds and pillows are possibly the worst I have ever slept on in my life, I had minimal sleep for 20 nights, so uncomfortable. Also no laundry rail so we had to go to Ikea and buy our own, staff said lay it on the bath???? Some staff are nice, some are rude. It sufficed for 20 nights but I certainly won’t be going back there again.

Ein sehr großes Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche.

Cons:

Die Matratze war extrem mit Blut und sonstigen verschmutzt, wurde nach Reklamation gewechselt.
Die Räumlichkeiten könnten besser gepflegt / gesäubert werden.
