Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and above (and more than 3 nights), the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Child breakfast is not included in all room and breakfast prices, child breakfast will be charged additional RM30nett per child per day if child breakfast required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Tout, la gentillesse du personnel, la décoration, le cadre, l'emplacement, la piscine... tout était au top

Cons:

Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner qui ne propose pas de sucré. Mais c'était très copieux. Et les gens au restaurant aux petits soins.

●この部屋の広さとこの価格は、最近の物価高から考えると大変よい
●キッチン・電子レンジ・ランドリー・電磁調理機があり、さすがレジデンスと言うだけのことはある

予め知っておけば、という点(よくないというほどではなく)
●荷物が大きく、公共交通機関だけで来る方は、辿り着くまでに少々苦労する。車輪が無い肩掛けカバン程度ならモノレールRajaChulanが使えるので便利だが、そうでないならMRTのBukitBintangが最善か
●敷地に入る際に部屋のカードキーでゲートを開けるシステムのため、セキュリティにパスポートを提示して開けてもらう必要がある(最初に限って暗証番号で入るというようなシステムもあると有り難い)
●室内のコンセント形状が、洗面台のシェーバー用を除いてBF式しか無かった。日本や台湾在住の方は苦労するかと
●シャワーやバスタブ・電子レンジ・電磁調理機などのスイッチが独立しており、入口にカードキーを差し込んだだけではこれらが動かない

اشكر جميع موظفي الفندق من طاقم الريسبشن ورجال الأمن والجميع بشكل عام .وكان الجميع يقوم بدور عمله بإخلاص وتفاني اشكرهم جميعا .والفندق موقعه ممتاز جدا قريب من شارع العرب 10 دقائق مشيا والابراج كذالك 10 دقائق والامن في الفندق ممتاز جدا

Pros:

The location is superb. In the middle of KL city. Easy to find all sorts of places such as shopping, food & dining, sports activities. Facilities they have also in a good and excellent condition.

Cons:

I didn't get the chance to try the breakfast buffet. Maybe in my next visit will try on this. Hope it's halal.

Could be better
Pros:

The location was great. The swimming pool is quite decent, though it'll be great if there are pool for kids too.

Cons:

Stayed in E&O Residence 1-bedroom before, and that was definitely better than the 2-bedroom. I think the 2-bedroom is under St Mary Residence instead. There were roaches in the room, and the bidet were faulty and the cleanliness were not up to standard with the 1-bedroom. The pillows were also pretty much flat. Honestly, will reconsider staying here for the 2-bedroom if it's not under E&O Residence.
