1. The first thing we encountered was 2 of the 3 blinds were broken and we could not roll them up.

2. The air conditioning in the living room and 2nd bedroom were not working, air was blowing but it was not cold, so it was hot and stuffy the first night.

3. The oven and induction stove did not work either - despite checking the operations manual and trying various ways.

4. On top of that NO ONE picked up the phone when we called from the room - not even the operator, housekeeping or reception. Even a call from our handphone to their landline was not picked up. We had to go down to reception the next morning to inform them of the issues.

5. I will concede one star, as they did resolve the above problems. My comment is that the repair team should've at least left us a note to inform that we needed to use the controller from another room to turn on the living room AC, instead of us having to test and figure it out ourselves. Again, no one picked up the phone for enquiries.

6. Tea bags were also not replenished the following day.

For a reputable brand like E&O, this marred our experience and we will most likely not return here for our next stay.

Eers een kamer gehad met kakkerlakken. Dlna aangeven wel meteen een andere hotelkamer gekregen en daar was niks. Wel een nare ervaring.

Our money got stollen from the apartment and the staff denied help.police investigation needs to take place and refund for our money. We were afraid for our lives since robbery happened and spent the second night outside the hotel oit of fear.
E&O residences took the incident very lightly and the staff were not concerned that a robbery is an act of crime that should be punished. Rhey did not care for the life nor the residents belongins and the fact that they had thieves among rheir staff. I recommend removing the property from listing in booking.com until serious action is taken.
