Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and above (and more than 3 nights), the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.

Pros:

Fijne centrale ligging, zeer ruime appartementen.
Zwembad ja tot 22:00 open en dat is fijn na een dag in de stad.

Cons:

Voorzieningen in de keuken zijn erg mager. Appartement is wat verouderd: de gordijnen bleven niet hangen, koelkast kapot maar werd snel gerepareerd.
Personeel was niet echt vriendelijk, veel is gericht op wat er niet mag. Verder een prima plek om te verblijven voor een paar nachten.

Emplacement, appartement conforme aux photos .

Cons:

L'arnaque à la sortie, un débit de la caution, hors nous sommes en appart hotel donc, sans minibar, sans repas ni bar extérieur. Je précise qas de casse, ni vol rien.....et la caution débitée.
J'ai demandé à 3 reprises depuis mon retour une facture de ce débit. Pas de réponse de l'hotel....
J'ai ma facture finale soldée chez Booking ...à 0 .

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff, but Room Maintenance Needs Attention
Pros:

Perfect Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic. It is just a short 10-minute walk to Pavilion Mall and very close to the KL Tower, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient.
Excellent Service: The staff were highly supportive, welcoming, and professional. Both the check-in and check-out processes were exceptionally fast and hassle-free.

Areas for Improvement (The Issues):
Housekeeping & Cleanliness: While the room appeared clean at first glance, a closer look revealed that several areas were dusty and missed by the cleaning crew. I also noticed cleanliness issues around the room's trash bin on my first day.
Air Conditioning Issues: On the first day, the AC was not cooling properly. I requested a fix at reception, and while a technician attended to it, the unit still did not cool the room as effectively as it should have for the rest of the stay.
Bed Comfort and Hygiene: My first night was very uncomfortable because the bed caused me to itch all night long. On the second day, I had to request reception to have room service completely change the bedsheets and thoroughly inspect the mattress for any suspected bedbugs.

Block2:
The front desk team and the location are the best parts of this hotel. However, management needs to focus more on deep cleaning and preventative room maintenance to ensure a fully comfortable stay for guests.

Muy buena opción
Pros:

La suite está muy muy bien para familias y el desayuno, en el Gardenman, espectacular

Cons:

Al llegar, tarde, en recepción me dieron un montón de información sobre las condiciones de la reserva tan a saco q al día siguiente no recordaba la mitad

Customer Service Needs Improvement
Pros:

The pool was nice and the location was great.

Cons:

I had accidently made this booking when I was at their reception and I had requested a refund as i made another booking to actually stay there and they refused me despite still taking my money for the stay. So I ended up paying double for the one stay.

Also lots of mosquitos in this area.
