Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and above (and more than 3 nights), the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Child breakfast is not included in all room and breakfast prices, child breakfast will be charged additional RM30nett per child per day if child breakfast required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. A lovely place, strategic location and warm friendly people❤️
Pros:

Location and warm friendly staff

Cons:

As it was a family gathering, we had hoped to spend some time together in the lounge area watching television and relaxing. Unfortunately, this was not possible as the television appeared to be quite old, there was no cable TV available, and the reception for even the local channels was very poor.

This made it difficult for the family to enjoy the space together as intended. We hope the hotel might consider upgrading the television facilities or improving the reception so that future guests can better enjoy the lounge area, especially during festive occasions when families tend to gather.

At the end super nice still, we recommend it 👍
Pros:

It was very well located, very spacious, the curtains on the room were really good (like for the sunlight on the morning for ex), the main bathroom very spacious and comfortable, most of the staff was really nice

Cons:

The AC was very noisy, the bathroom at the entrance had some pee smell constantly and the guy who welcome us when we arrived was a bit harsh (we felt he heated us😂)

Очень классное местоположение, очень чисто, красиво, комфортно все

Cons:

Персонал на рецепции и на охране на доброжелательно относится. Не улыбаются и ведут себя так, будто им мы должны еще денег. А на охране вообще очень грубые и недовольные сидят охранники на въезде. Мы заказали еду себе через доставку, мало того, что они не пропускают доставщика в отель, тоесть мы вынуждены были выходить за своим завтраком и идти через всю территорию резиденции 5-7 минут, чтоб забрать свою доставку , уже проще было сходить в ресторан по времени!!! Так еще и на кпп они с недовольным лицом отдавали нашу доставку, вроде как мы им неудобства создали тем, что заказали себе еду!! Что за бред вообще? Почему охранники так себя ведут, что они себе позволяют и что они знают про клиентоориентированность???? Стоило бы их подучить однозначно , что клиенты видят конкурентность в этом городе и не захотят вернуться в чудесную резиденцию из-за охраны !!!

Комфортное проживание, рекомендую для остановки на 2-3 дня.
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение резиденции, в самом центре, в пешей доступности башни Петронас, океанариум, торговые центры, кафе и рестораны. Монорельс в минуте ходьбы. Персонал очень приветливый, мгновенно реагируют на все просьбы и оказывают помощь. Номер не идеальный, но для комфортного проживания есть все: две спальни, три санузла, кухня с посудой и бытовой техникой, включая стиральную и сушильную машины, все исправно. Красивый вид из панорамных окон ( 15 этаж), есть бассейн. Брали проживание с завтраком. Это единственное, что не понравилось: очень скудный и по меню.

Okay, location is great.. right next to the Pavilion Mall and walking distance to most of the attractions. Apartment was huge, definitely more space than the four of us needed. Swimming pool, gym all good…

Cons:

I booked this with a view… the room we were given had absolutely no views! I complained and was told that none of the rooms had views, but we could have a room with a view of the swimming pool… this room also had views of Petronas Towers! So they do have rooms with views… which brings me to the breakfast. They outsource the breakfast to a cafe downstairs; they give you a breakfast voucher which allows one cup of black coffee or black tea. The breakfast itself is a set meal, no juice, no fruit. It’s rubbish, probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in our five weeks in Malaysia…

Für uns ( 2 Pers. 4 Tage ) ein toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, obwohl wir nur ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas zu hart und wir konnten keinen Topper bekommen.
Man sieht dem Möbeln an das sie benutzt worden sind.
Schade das es keine Bar für einen kleinen Absacker in der Anlage gab.

Good value in KL.
Pros:

We had a very large apartment with plenty of cooking appliances. There was also a washer and dryer. The staff there were very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was lovely.

Cons:

We did make some suggestions to the manager. A drying rack for the clothes that shouldn't go in the dryer would have been very useful. The bed was a bit hard and the view was a blank wall.
Bottom line though, it was still very good value and we had lots of space.

Fijne zachte landing bij aankomst in KL

Locatie, netjes, schoon, wasmachine en droger, foto’s komen goed overeen met realiteit.

Het is een groot complex, waar ook mensen permanent of voor langere tijd verblijven
