Fint hotell som fungerar bra som bas, men där de närmaste omgivningarna är deprimerande

Läget är bra som utgångspunkt för utflykter i området, men själva staden Vervier är sliten och har inget att erbjuda …

Pros:

La chambre est bien équipée. L'ambiance de l'hôtel est adorable.

Cons:

Le service client laisse malheureusement à désirer.
Nous avons constaté la présence d’un petit morceau de verre cassé sur la rampe de l’escalier. En descendant, l’un de nous s’est coupé la main.
Le lendemain matin, nous avons signalé le problème à la réception, avant tout pour que l’hôtel puisse intervenir rapidement et éviter qu’un autre client ne se blesse. Le réceptionniste nous a demandé de contacter le service client par e-mail, ce que nous avons fait.
Malheureusement, malgré notre signalement concernant un problème de sécurité, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse à ce jour.
C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Pros:

Grande suite confortable, très chouette restaurant avec des serveurs très aimables, top équipement

Cons:

Ça aurait pu être un peu plus propre selon nous (aspirer car tapis, toiles d’araignées et araignées)

Pros:

Wir hatten Zimmer auf 2 Ebenen und somit sehr viel Platz. Es war ruhig, schön eingerichtet, sauber. Der Pool und Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Der Ort und die Lage sind nicht besonders schön, wenig grün, viele Straßen und Autos.
