Personal und Bewirtung sehr gut, Zimmer von mittlerer Qualität. Mängel im allgemeinen Hotelservice
Pros:

Frühstück hatte großes Buffett mit viel Auswahl und auch das Restaurant hatte eine gute Qualität, wir waren damit sehr zufrieden. Frühstüpckszeiten von 6.30-10.30 Uhr sehr gut. Auch das Bedienpersonal war immer sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Die Lage des Hotels war auch gut.

Cons:

Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten dringend eine Auffrischung.

Ein großes Problem war das folgende beim Check-in:
Wir waren zu dritt (meine Frau, Tochter und ich) plus Hund und ich hatte extra eine große Executive Suite (40-50qm) mit Zusatzbett gebucht. Das Zimmer, das wir dann von der Rezeptionisten bekamen, war 30qm (sah eher wie ein normales DZ aus) mit Zusatzbett, so dass man sich in diesem Zimmer kaum bewegen konnte. Wir mussten erst reklamieren, dann bekamen wir erst das gebuchte und uns zustehende Zimmer.

Auch finde ich es nicht ok, wenn man einen Hund mitbucht und bezahlt (25€/Nacht), dass es dafür für den Hund gar nichts gibt, weder eine Hundedecke zum Schlafen, aber vor allem noch nicht mal einen Trinknapf im Zimmer.

Es gab wohl am 2. Tag einen Elektrofehler, so dass die Brandschutztüren dann auf den Zimmerfluren immer geschlossen waren (bei uns 2 große und schwere Türen bis zum Zimmer) und auch das W-Lan ging nicht.

Es hätte auch im Vorfeld mitgeteilt werden soll, dass aufgrund von großen Bauarbeiten am Hotel tagsüber auf der straßenabgelegenen Seite des Hotels es alles andere als ruhig war. Die andere Hotelseite liegt übrigens an einer Durchfahrtstraße mit viel Verkehr...

Veel mooier en authentieker op de foto's dan in het echt. Te duur voor wat het was.
Pros:

zachte bedden, koffie, thee en water op de kamer

Cons:

geluidsoverlast: verbouwingen in het hotel aan de gang, al van 's ochtends 8u drilboren in de weer. 's avonds overlast van muziek op het terras. Wellness en zwembad gesloten door verbouwing. Ongezellige ligging (vlakbij de autostrade, aan een rond punt bij een shoppingcenter. Hotel vol "rijke mensen" (tesla/polo..), voelde mij er niet op mijn gemak.

Un endroit optimal pour séjourner à Verviers, notamment pour le confort, l'accès et le parking !
Pros:

L'ancien bâtiment des douanes a été judicieusement transformé en 'grand hôtel', dans un endroit facilement accessible, avec un vaste parking gratuit. La réception est efficace et rapide. La chambre surprend un peu par ses couleurs (notamment de la moquette, très présente, comme dans les longs couloirs) mais finit par séduire par son espace, par son éclairage naturel (deux fois deux fenêtres) et par son calme. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle, avec des toilettes nettement séparées - une douche et une baignoire. La literie est de qualité, tout comme le linge de bains. Bref, tout le confort souhaité !

Cons:

Très léger bémol pour le petit déjeuner : l'hôtel était (très) fréquenté et la salle par conséquent très occupée, avec un niveau sonore un peu élevé et un peu de difficulté à réassortir les buffets, par ailleurs satisfaisants !... La rançon du succès !

Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Hotel mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Grosser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Die Minibar war nur mit 2 Flaschen Wasser gefüllt. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Le matelas trop mou. Tout le reste parfait mais je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit à cause de cela. Lié à des douleurs chroniques.
