L'emplacement était super, dans l'hyper centre. Nous avions le lit parapluie de préparé pour notre bébé de 6 mois (ainsi que sa serviette dans la salle de bain et il est à noter que sur les 9 établissements que nous avons faits durant notre séjour, c'est le seul à y avoir pensé)
Nous avons garé notre voiture dans le parking souterrain situé sur la place à côté ce qui était très pratique.
Rien à redire à part que le rapport qualité/prix était là.
La ubicación, buen desayuno, consigna de equipaje gratis.
very wonderful rooms with canal view. strategically located walking distance to the tourist area and accessible to transport system. the staff are very friendly and i appreciate Stephanie for providing me the best room with the views of the canal.

Rooftop breakfast was lovely.
Lack of customer service.
Noisey courtyard which carried up to room as window wouldn’t shut properly. Noisey at night.
Couple started shouting at each other for over an hour in the courtyard early one morning and the staff did nothing. Guests were concerned for the woman but the staff just walked past.
Significant building work next door which can’t be helped but guests should be advised.

Good location near the old part of town, though this is quite a way from the train station. Clean room, clean bathroom. Nice view. Mostly quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice to have air conditioning in the heatwave.
Was near an exit door and could hear people coming and going in the mornings.
Very central hotel, beautiful view over the river canal, comfortable room and nice staff. We had a problem with the room and they have immediately change it to an upgraded one

The location was great. The air-conditioning was perfect and the view from the bedroom window onto the canal was charming. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
The reception manager at check in was rude and sexist. The booking was in my name I was checking in, but he was ignoring me and speaking only to my husband. Charmless and unwelcoming, so much so it affected the first hours of our otherwise happy City break.
A decent hotel overall. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff seemed helpful and accommodating, and didn't mind when my arrival was significantly delayed. The fact that the hotel was clearly built on an earlier industrial building, so there were some old beams and ironwork in the room, gave it an interesting aesthetic. The common areas were pleasant, particularly the breakfast room with good views along the river, and the outdoor courtyard/smoking area. I liked the location, just a short distance away from the busiest parts of the city. And providing an umbrella was thoughtful!
The facilities felt a bit dated, particularly the lift, which had a rather basic functionality. Half of the lights in the room didn't seem to work (or if they did, I didn't work out how to turn them on) which left it a bit dark. The water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. It felt like a building still in need of some refurbishment.

Veel ochtend lawaai, niet voor uitslapers ,heel kleine tv ,afstandsbediening werkte slecht, vooral een hotel als dit zou men toch een smart tv mogen verwachten er was ook een minibar aanwezig met schandalig dure prijzen
Spacious clean room. Comfortable large bed. Fridge and snacks and drinks to purchase. Room service. In a perfect location, close to everything. Friendly staff. Was able to store luggage.

La ubicación y el personal de recepción ha sido muy atento. Colchón muy cómodo y las luces ambiente de la habitación eran estupendas.
La habitación daba a la terraza y si no tienes la cortina echada se ve todo. Además no había gel de manos ya que el bote estaba gastado.
