Pros:

The host was one of the most accommodating host I have come across in the last 3.5 weeks.
He also helped me out with a taxi dilemma (to the airport at 4am!).
They kept my baggage for a very small fee of £1/day whilst I was away from SL.

Cons:

No plug sockets in the room other than above the wardrobe (for tv & fan).

Gentilezza e disponibilità al primo posto

Siamo state a Negombo una notte, la posizione è perfetta lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile, il proprietario una persona davvero squisita.

Había muchos zancudos , me tocó comprar un incienso , le faltaba un poco de limpieza al baño , el chico fue amable y buscó la manera de hacernos sentir cómodas pero los zancudos nos sacaron de onda

Buona la posizione, sono arrivata con un volo presto la mattina, il ragazzo alla reception molto disponibile mi ha permesso di fare il check in anticipato.
Molto bella la terrazza all’ultimo piano.

Cons:

Nonostante il nome, non offrono nessun servizio di ristorazione (né colazione, né altro).
Purtroppo con il ragazzo della reception c’erano un po’ di problemi a comunicare in inglese. Essendo il mio primo giorno nel paese ed essendo anche stata interrotta l’elettricità nel quartiere per 5 ore (non hanno un generatore) avevo bisogno di organizzare alcune cose del viaggio ed è stato molto difficile e non ho ricevuto l’aiuto che speravo di ricevere.
Camera (soprattutto bagno) pulita molto superficialmente.

Cons:

Badezimmer ist absolut widerlich. Schimmel in der Ecke der Dusche. Hinter der Toilette tropfte irgendwas vom Rohr runter. Also das Bad brauch dringend eine Renovierung, weil so wie es jetzt aussieht, wäre mir das peinlich, das Fremden anzubieten.
Die Bettüberzüge hatte Flecken?? Als hätte man dieses Zimmer nicht vorbereitet. Schon grenzwertig. Zudem fehlt das Moskitonetz um das Bett herum.
