location was great. Walking distance to food, Family Mart grocery across the road, park close by, easy walking distance to shopping and transportation. Neighbourhood was quiet for sleeping. Apartment was spacious and had most of what was needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Supplies for drying clothes were exactly was we required.
We could have used some mugs for our tea/coffee.
Our family of 5 really enjoyed the size of the apartment, the location near the station as well as the Family Mart located just across the street! We really appreciated the extra towels, blankets and storage in the apartment.
The building is older and so it either doesn't have the noise insulation, but we could really hear the noise from the train nearby as well as the trucks and cars on the road very clearly. It was especially loud in the tatami room. We bought ear plugs from the Family Mart which really helped with the noise. There were not enough cups, glasses or mugs for drinks.
Close to subway.
Noisy, with the futons you are basically on the floor as they were thin

The location was great. 24hr Family Mart and Nakau across the street were very convenient for late night munchies/drinks. Air conditioning and washing machine worked out great for our trip in the hot summer months. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5. Towels, detergent, slippers, dishes, cups, pots, pans, utensils, rice cooker, hot water heater, extra trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, individually wrapped tooth brushes, hand soap, extra toilet paper, individually wrapped slippers, hangers, futons, sheets, and pillows were all provided. The host was very easy to contact via Booking messages, and our late checkout was accommodated.
Couldn't figure out how to get the ventilation to work in the bathroom wash area. It did get a little noisy when trains/commuters started in the morning, but it didn't bother us too much.
Was a good central location and was large in comparison to other Tokyo hotels
There was quite a bit of road and train noise - earplugs are a good option
It was a good sized apartment for a family of five. Located conveniently near Akihabara & on the border of Asakusa, it's a good choice if you want a place that's near things to do without having to deal with too much of the city noise/crowd.
We got the unit with a queen sized bed in one room, and 3 futon in another.
Plus point is it has a lift so it made moving our luggages so much easier. There was a functional kitchen so we cooked quite a few meals there (as it was over new years and mamy places were closed) and it was fine. Overall the stay was quite homey so it was nice.
Some of the pans need to be replaced/cleaned better as there were crusty bits and water in the pans when we checked in. Perhaps they were just washed before we arrived, but it wasn't dried properly before being stored away so we avoided using those pans and stuck with the cast iron one which was the cleanest.
There wasn't dish washing detergent so we purchased it on our own. The owner did reply later offering to deliver us some washing liquid but we had already bought it by then. There were also no laundry detergent and so we had to purchase those as well. Owner mentioned it was due to each person having their own laundry washing preference so that was fine.
The power in the house can be overloaded if you used too many things at once (ie: air-conditioners & kettle). The electricity tripped a couple times during my stay due to having the air-cond heater nearest to the kitchen and the kettle on at the same time. It can be quite annoying, but something to keep in mind.
The apartment is large for an apartment in Japan (from my limited experience). The bedrooms have spacious closets although they are used for storage of items for the apartment. The kitchen was fairly spacious. The refrigerator was a nice size. The washer was very good to have. The toilet being separate from the bathroom was great. The beds were reasonably comfortable.
First, the apartment did not feel or look clean. In the kitchen, there was built up grime along the edges of the benchtop. The bathroom extractor vent over the bathroom sink was partially blocked by built up gung. The hand hold area against the wall of the bathtub had black stuff growing or staining. The sliding glass doors onto the balcony were very dirty. The couch was stained in many places. There was a lot of dust under the couch, beds, and other furniture. The sliding door into one of the bedrooms is grimy along the edge which is grabbed to help close or open the door.
Next, the fittings were limited. There was one and only one bath towel and hand towel per person. These towels were threadbare. There was no towel for the kitchen for drying dishes or drying hands. There was no easy way to wash the dishes as there was no plug for the kitchen sink, nor any plastic wash basin of any kind. There were no cups for coffee or tea. The cooking utensils were limited. There were no condiments nor oils to assist in cooking.
Another issue was that the shower and tub area flooded when taking a slightly longer shower or taking a bath. I let the property managers know about this within the first few days, but nothing was done about it while we were there within the following 5-6 days.
One of my biggest issues was the outside noises were a real problem. The windows did not block the noise significantly and there were vents in the top of the windows and sliding doors which let in a lot of the noise, especially when opened. The noises came from trucks and traffic on the major road just beneath the sliding doors off the bedrooms. There was noise from the train tracks that were visible from the apartment. Generally, the only time that was mostly quiet was between about 1am and 4am. The noise starting at 4am was significant. Even with wearing ear plugs, the big trucks rattling along the road under the apartment was easily heard.
Very japanese, enjoyed the tatami room. Location was excellent, very nearby Akihabara station. Complete amenities. Spacious & comfortable.
Not spotless, TV was also not working.
A lot of space, air condition, washing machine, cosmetic utensils, location…
It could be more glasses and plates, no cups. Cleanliness was good, but not excellent. The instructions for ginding keys and entering were a bit confusing.
It’s an old apartment but it’s clean and specious
Plenty room to getting ready, open suits cases
Easy access to Akihabara, asakusabashi, Bakurocho
Close from station,
The apartment has an elevator
Bathroom might wants to renovate
The bathroom door doesn’t open from inside there’s no handle to do so
No iron or steamer

Cleaning fee is way too expensive
Do allocate your cleaning fee on top of the booking when you book!
Nice and clean. Near to train station and centre.
