Goede ligging, maar teleurstellende accommodatie
Pros:

De locatie

Cons:

- een “tweepersoonsbed” waar je amper met z’n tweeën in kon liggen
- gevaarlijke, gladde trap naar beneden
- kapotte waterkoker en onvoldoende bestek voor 2 personen
- overwoekerde tuin met onkruid waardoor je niet goed kon buiten zitten
- ook geen tuinmeubilair aanwezig
- verhuurder reageert traag op berichten

Pros:

L’indépendance d’un appartement.
Fonctionnel et pratique. Il y avait du café, thé à utiliser.
Cuisine bien fourni

Cons:

Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres au salon et des rideaux pas très efficace. Il faisait très chaud….
On avait du mal à faire fonctionner la télé, pas d’explications sur le système.
Notre 1er téléphone est resté sans réponse. Le lendemain on a rappelé et eu une personne au téléphone qui est venue pour nous expliquer. Tout à fait sympathique et efficace.

Rufsete ute og i oppgangen, fint inne i leiligheten.
Pros:

Beliggenheten var fin, sentralt og stille. Gode senger.

Cons:

Oppgangen var skitten, mye tørt løv, kaffeflekker og annen skitt. Ble ikke vasket eller feid mens vi var der. Dette ga et rufsete inntrykk.
Også utenfor var det ustelt. Det trakk inntrykket ned.

CheckIn und Checkout problemlos via Email. Nähe Bahnhof. Nespressokapselmaschine

Cons:

Steile Treppe ohne Geländer in der Wohnung. Diverse leere Lebensmittelverpackungen stehen herum, z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, etc. Dies ist evtl. nicht die Zuständigkeit vom Vermieter sondern vom Vormietern, die diese stehen lassen.

Zum Glück waren wir nicht lange dort.
Pros:

Zugangscode anstatt Schlüssel war praktisch. Gute Lage. Parkplatz schmal, aber ok.

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber, vor allem im Badezimmer. Dort hatte es Dreck am Boden, der schon sehr alt ist. Die Dusche lief aus und setzte das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser. Das Sofa was kaputt, das Treppenhaus war auch sehr dreckig. Die Schlafzimmer sind extrem klein und man fühlt sich „erdrückt“ von der Dachschräge, weil das Bett genau darunter steht.

Great location very close to the centre of Stavanger.

Cons:

We were 3 floors up in the loft and didn't feel the space was great. The bedroom were under the roof lie in which was a tight squeeze to get in and out of bed and did feel a bit claustrophobic.

Booking me montrait un appartement avec un petit salon et deux lits jumeaux. Et je me suis retrouvée dans un petit studio avec un petit lit de largeur de
120 cm un peu juste pour deux personnes.
