Nice location and climate
Great location considering the area, new building, well furnished with new furniture, the quality of the furniture is good and comfortable. The pool worked well with the kids.
It would have been better if it had an electric kettle, microwave and internet.

Place was filthy!
Located literally metres from the turtles in a quiet place on the beach. Pool and kitchen were great, and the room was huge. We had the place to ourselves, and the caretaker was really helpful.
Nothing really. Just note that the check in process is a bit convoluted (good reason to see Sur though), and the property is still undergoing construction.
Beautiful, brand new guest house just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were very spacious with super comfortable beds and bedding, the pool was lovely, and the shared kitchen was large and had everything we needed. A great stay at a great price!

Very hard to get to, need a 4x4. High risk of getting stuck in the sand. Minimum equipment: no wifi, no chair, no table, no toilet paper. Cash payment only. There is a small swimming pool/large jacuzzi but it was half filled.
We had the whole villa for ourselves.
The place is not finished yet. There was no toiletpapier. And there was a lot of paint and dust. If they finished it we are sure that this place is amazing and a good location to relax and stay to see the turtles. Then it is a good price-quality balance.
The villa is practically on the beach, is very big and with a private pool. It was well furnished, clean and very silent. There is a nice view of the beach.
