Séjour agréable et sans problème.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. L’hôtel se trouve dans une rue très animée (entourée de bars et boites de nuit, ce que je craignais au début) mais on y entend absolument rien! L’emplacement est idéal et le personnel est absolument adorable, surtout le concierge! Bon rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

The bellman is the only good point of the hotel. He is very attentive to the needs of guests. Unlike the male receptionist who did not inform me of my late check-in due to late cleaning by the hotel while I was sitting in front of him. He did not say sorry for my late check-in.

Cons:

The room is completely not sound-proof.
A man with a master key opened my room door without any prior notice or even knocking. I felt unsafe when staying in my own room.
When I was sitting at the reception area on the first floor, I heard the story of another guest checking out and complaining about HK staff opening her room door and entering the room while she was still in the room, I was shocked and I myself experienced the same problem.

Phòng tôi nhận rất tệ. Ga giường có vết bẩn, tường có dấu hiệu mốc và ngoài hành lang rất bụi. Cảm giác trong phòng rất tù túng, không rõ lối thoát hiểm ở đâu

No se parecía apenas a las fotos que mostraban en la reserva. Expectativas no cumplidas. Ni tan grande ni tan equipado ni tan luminoso como parecían ofrecer. Para una noche corta no supuso un drama finalmente.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The location is the best – everything is within easy reach. The service is always excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. We always enjoy staying here and would definitely come back again!

Location, the apartment

Cons:

The noise, why is there a connecting door to the apartment next door you can hear everything.

Also the windows sound proofing isnt very good, i would have rated this a 9 or 10 if it was quiet but barely got any sleep during my stay from the noise.
