A very convenient and central base for shopping and food.
Pros:

Central location with all the main malls right across from the building where the apartment is , near the metro, easy to get to and from Futian port.

Cons:

The toilet is right in the small shower room, so the floor and toilet seat gets wet and it’s inconvenient going to toilet after shower. The toilet paper isn’t hooked on a roller, it’s just kept in a covered space, I wet several rolls of toilet paper because the whole roll just drop onto the wet floor when you pull it. The mini kitchen is there but nothing is provided for you to cook with., no pans no pots nothing is provided, no forks or spoons

A very cozy place to stay. The price is reasonable and there are so many fun places around.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was really convenient and close to the subway and very nice restaurants around.

Everything is a Plus but the internet connection is a big no no

Excelente lugar para estadía en Shenzhen

La ubicación es perfecta, el departamento es amplio, limpio y te dejan elementos de higiene personal. El personal muy amable

Cons:

Nada todo perfecto en mi caso. Quizá deberían dejar elementos de cocina (al menos cubiertos) ya que cuenta con nevera, hervidor eléctrico, cocina, pero ni un elemento, ni cuchara, para poder aprovechar estos recursos.
