Pros:

Worst hotel ever. There was nothing good about this hotel

Cons:

Upon the check-in there was a guy in reception and he asked me to do the payment, in the booking’s it was showing around 2800 inclusive of tax.and he charged me around 3400 but I did not ask or argue with him i just simply did paid and the guy took us to the room and then the room was so horrible there was so many mosquitoes whole night I couldn't sleep I did not even sleep for half an hour and I check in late around 11:30 pm and around 12 o'clock there was a lot of noise coming from the reception and the room the linen was smelly the blanket was smelly and it's so dirty and I mean three star hotel but if it is a three star hotel at least there should be a water bottle it was empty .I asked the guy to bring the toilet paper and the good knight for mosquito he said ok but he did not bring..there was empty hotel just a bed and washroom so very disappointed and they need to the maintenance because even the AC it was not working properly to be honest it was the worst experience ever..

Cons:

I checked in around 9 PM, i was asked to wait for 15-20 min as they were preparing the room. After the room was handed over to me, once it was “prepared” i went inside to discover room was still very dirty, hairs were every were on bed sheet and should they didn’t change the sheet, washroom and basin was still dirty, like water was everywhere on the toilet sheet, which it was used and left with staff cleaning it, pieces of food residue was still stuck in the basin sink, even when i called them to clean it up again,(as i already paid the full amount, and couldn’t change the hotel now), lady at the reception said, yes I’m sending someone, and ignored my request, i waited for 5-10 min, still she said the same thing and ignored again. Then i called her again and aggressively told her “how many times do i need to call for cleaning” only after them she send someone for cleaning the room, still they didn’t change the sheet saying this is the only sheet available right now. I even notices some wet stain on the blanket which i think was a semen stain. So moral of the story, totally ignore this hotel as they are very poor in respect of hygiene.

Misleading info on the hotel. It should be removed from the listing.
Pros:

The hotel was so bad that I didn't stay there. Its given location 'Near US embassy, in BKC' is misleading. The hotel is located in Kurla surrounded by automobile scrap stores.

Cons:

I didn't like anything about the hotel. It's location is in very dirty neighbourhood. Its rooms are tiny, with thin walls and flooring, old / unclean bedsheets, smelly rooms. I decided not to stay in the hotel after seeing the rooms.
