Convenient location. Comfy room which could do with a proper clean.

Close to subway, shops and the Bund

Good sized room
Friendly staff

Cons:

Difficult to find, walked past it twice
Room not clean. Dropped soap on the floor and when I picked it up it had large, thick black hairs on it
Language barrier (I know I'm in China) but wouldn't call me when luggage arrived - told me to return hourly!
Didn't answer any messages I sent via booking.com prior to arrival.
