This is an excellent hotel on a quiet road, with fantastic staff who are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and overall really good value for money. Would return.

When I checked out, I discovered all my US dollars had been stolen, but my Indonesian rupiah was still there. They only targeted the US dollars. My room was the only one without a safe; the other guests told me their rooms had safes.

We love this hotel as it clean, comfortable and a location we like.
Pros:

We have stayed at this property many times in the pool suite we love the location as you can walk easily the most great restaurants easy walk to the beach to the beach bars.

Cons:

Unfortunately the breakfast is not the best it’s very simple but just down the road there is a great little spot the had a great menu and coffee so we went to urban eats eat day instead.

Pros:

The rooms were modern and well presented. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Location was convenient.

Cons:

The only downside was I booked a room with no verandah to smoke on. Not the resorts fault of course.

Ein ruhiger Ort, zentral gelegen und mit ganz tollem Personal!
Pros:

Wir hatten das Solterra spontan und kurzfristig gebucht. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft bereits erwartet. Das gesamte Personal war von Beginn an ausserordentlich höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war bis zum Ende so, was uns sehr gefreut hat! Und das ist uns immer sehr wichtig!
Das Handling unserer Anfragen und Probleme war absolut professionell und wirklich vom Willen geprägt zu helfen.
Wir waren am Silent Day dort und haben uns wie zuhause und sehr gut verwöhnt gefühlt.
Man hat uns mit dem fremden Mietwagen sehr geholfen.
Für uns war der Aufenthalt so schön, dass wir zwei Tage nach dem Check-Out zurück kamen.
Das Buffet am Silent war richtig gut. Sehr balinesisch. Und auch sonst sind die Köche sehr persönlich auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
Das Gebäude ist sehr toll und erinnert an einen Kolonialbau. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist wunderbar, Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Lieben Dank an Wardi, Alvin, Sarjana, Dwi und Ika! An die Security, das Restaurant, das SPA und das Housekeeping

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin leider sehr spät angekommen und habe nur eine Nacht dort verbracht.

Nice and quiet. Pool a good size and nice temp (not too warm). Not really geared to families.

Cons:

Can't charge anything to room - pay as you go. No poolside service. Not a huge selection for breakfast.

Geweldig hotel, om terug te keren!

Dit is de 3e dat ik hier ben geweest. De eerste keer in 2018, andere eigenaren, andere naam Maison at C . Het is een mooi hotel, rustig maar dichtbij het strand, winkels en restaurants. Mooie zwembaden, kleine fitness ruimte. Het personeel is geweldig. De prijs is laag voor wat er word geboden. Ik kom zeker terug

Cons:

Het internet was traag en regelmatig geen bereik. Ik moest dat oplossen met gebruik van mijn Indonesische mobiel als hotspot. Opvallend genoeg, was ik een maand eerder ook in het hotel zonder veel internet problemen. Hopelijk is dit oplosbaar. De fitnessruimte zou kleine handdoeken moeten hebben om de toestellen schoon te maken na gebruik. Maar deze nadelen wegen niet op tegen de voordelen
