Not worth the money. Construction noise and a terrible breakfast
Pros:

Good location and big room, pleasant stuff

Cons:

Very loud construction work right across the fence from the hotel. Constant banging and noise from early morning until evening

Very poor breakfast.

Non of windows at the room opens. We had to keep door open sometimes for fresh air. Aircon doesn’t replace fresh air. Room has 4 windows but non of the windows can actually be opened at all. That’s very strange.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! 🤩 Fun and friendly staff :) Very nice restaurant and pool area. The hotel has a little gym that guests can use for free 👌 Room was big, comfy and clean (room cleaning every day). Quiet location, next to the shops and cafes, scooter rental just around the corner, 20min walk to the beach. Highly recommended! 💯

Disappointing standards all round
Pros:

The location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

This property has changed ownership in the last 2 years and the standards have dropped. The most notable being the cleanliness- both in the room and around the property- empty bottles and glasses lying around the pool area overnight and the bathroom towels poor.
The quality of the breakfast is not good and we only had one and then went elsewhere for better quality, variety and price.
It’s a shame because it used to be a lot better.

Great place to stay,if you’re coming to Seminyak.

I loved the Premier pool room, the staff are so friendly, the pool was beautiful, the food delicious and it was in a quiet location.

Pros:

Room was really nice and clean and very very comfortable bed, Service was exceptional and everyone was really lovely. The location is good for cafes and shops and a quick Grab to the beach. Pool was large and enjoyable to sit around. Would definitely recommend was a very good price for such a lovely hotel.

Cons:

downside was there was no window except the one that went onto the landing so I had my curtains closed the whole time. Also very thin walls could hear everything from the room next door
